Indy felt right at home, and I felt like I was leaving her with family who truly cared about her as much as I do. She got tons of attention and play time with Josie’s two kids and I got tons of pictures and updates to let me know she was doing well. Indy will definitely be going back to stay with Josie next time I need a sitter!”

I supervise interactions, keep a consistent routine, and make sure they get a balance of activity and rest. “My last pet sitter canceled last minute and everything went to crap as my cat pepper "drama king screaming demon" needs medicine for his stomach and anxiety in his old age. Sonny took my black fur ball of rage and distrust and made sure he had his medicine and space as pepper can be a bit "much" she gave lots of pictures and updates and was available within 2 days of booking which I desperately needed. She also worked with me as my family trip had gotten derailed when our car broke down and was willing to watch him for a bit longer as we figured out how to get home. She builds a great rapport and I can tell her own animals adore her and are VERY well socialized. Her kitten peaches ran up to me wanting to say hi and her dog ham was not aggressive in the least meeting me for the first time, he just wanted pats!”

She welcomed us with open arms & let our dog check things out & then meet her doggie. Our dog felt comfortable & so did I & the doggies had the same energy level as ours is a boxer. Well they played & played. Loved the picture updates & video. They loved our dog like their own. She could sit on the couch with them & even sat on their laps. About: I have always grew up around dogs in my home and friends, family home. My grandma used to foster dogs and she taught me a lot I know about them including but not limited to administering shots and medications. I currently work full-time. However, the dog door and fenced in yard allows your dog to be out and roam freely while I am away. I am also okay to crate your dog if that is what you would prefer. When I get home it's usually clean, play, and dinner time. As the night goes on its movies and cuddles. I have a fenced in yard and a doggy door to let your dog(s) run around outside and play during the day freely as wanted. I love to take walks in the nice weather with the dogs and play fetch out in the yard. I have an indoor camera and outdoors cameras to keep eyes when I'm not home.

About: I'm willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pet is being taken care of my someone who is going to treat them like they are their own. Right now I'm more then willing to work with any schedule that helps benefit us both. I'm willing to make a drive if that's what's needed. I treat the pet and the owners stuff as if it's everything. I might clean up a bit of there's small stuff needed done. I'll clean up messes that are caused by any accidents in the home.

About: Lifetime pet owners of cats and dogs alike, Maeve and Jason have shared decades of pet-sitting duties for friends and family and all that entails from crate training to medication administration. We have flexible schedules, reliable transportation with dog seatbelts, a large wrap around fully fenced-in yard, and several forested acres with private nature trails to share with your best friend. Maeve is a WFH graphic designer and Jason is a self-employed carpenter living with our two sweet velcro cavalier king charles spaniels — Cricket & Disco. We have very flexible schedules with lots of love and attention to spare. We can easily break away for walks and drop-ins. We live across from Eagle Lake with a large wraparound fully fenced-in yard overlooking 15 private forested acres with trails for leashed nature walks. We have oodles of experience walking, camping, hiking, swimming, and playing with dogs in all environments and elements. Crates and gates are available if your best friend needs their space, but everybody is allowed to make themselves at home. We have lots of cozy nooks and beds. We work to ensure smooth introductions.
 Our home is very dog-friendly but to that end, kept very clean. We do tick checks and our girls are always up to date with their vaccinations and preventative meds. JIC, we have reliable transportation and are not far from Michiana Veterinary Hospital. We are also able to drive to your preferred vet.

I work as an artist which means that ultimately I do make my own schedule. I can be as flexible or busy as I wish!
