Our dog can be a challenge to have around other dogs and she’s done an excellent job handling that - he has also been dealing with hot spots that can get dirty when he plays outside so she gave him a bath and gave us a heads up regarding any issues - she even sent us a video of him enjoying getting dried off with the air dryer. About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. About: I’ve owned large dogs consistently for the last 20 years. I’m ready to give snuggles to dogs of all sizes, though! Kids are back in school so I have lots of time on my hands. I’m ready to spread the love! I’m currently looking for some supplemental income doing something fun and rewarding while maintaining the flexibility I need for my kids and their schedule. I love the idea of borrowing someone else’s pup for a little bit so they don’t have to be lonely all day. I have been home since my youngest was born 9 years ago, so I have plenty of time on my hands during the days. We have a big fenced yard, and live on a quiet street with little traffic for walks. About: I’ve owned dogs & cats all my life. I absolutely adore fur babies and can’t get enough of them. I have 2 cats of my own as well! I currently am working full time . With Wednesday and Saturdays off. I am available to stay at pet owners home if dog sitting . I am also able to check in on cats everyday as well. If pet owner lives close (within 5-10min) to my work I am able to let dogs out during my work lunch hour. I am also willing to be flexible as well if I have time in advance to try and work something out with my schedule at work! When I pet sit, I make sure dogs/cats have enough food water and toys. I enjoy playing with the animals as well as making sure I am doing the required tasks the owner has asked. I clean my cats litter box daily and when sitting for dogs I make sure I take dogs out multiple times or when Owener ask. I also love going on walks with dogs!
About: I grew up with animals- my dad raised and bred dogs professionally, and my brother and I helped by taking care of puppies. We also had our house dog and I had cats. Since then, I have raised many dogs, cats, and bunnies. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: Hello, my name’s Anna. I have been taking care of dogs since I was 16. My family got a golden doodle several years ago and he has definitely been a joy and a task. Having a dog such as mine has made me more comfortable in my dog caring skills and fairly knowledgeable about what needs dogs have. I’m also very well equipped to handle puppies as I recently got a cocker spaniel several months ago. But given that, my passion for dogs continues to grow. I now as an independent adult have 2 dogs who I’ve had the pleasure of raising as puppies to where they are at now. I work full time but like to stay active and adding furry friends to the mix on my days off is no big task. I would love to see more dog friends and help them socialize and make someone’s life easier. I don’t have a fenced in back yard, but I am capable of taking dogs on as many walks as needed. I am also capable of putting dogs in a crate and preparing them for crating as long as needed.

I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.

“This is the third time having Christina take care of our baby while being gone for several days and we’re so pleased with how well she takes care of him. He now eagerly greets her and is happy to see her when we drop him off. Our dog can be a challenge to have around other dogs and she’s done an excellent job handling that - he has also been dealing with hot spots that can get dirty when he plays outside so she gave him a bath and gave us a heads up regarding any issues - she even sent us a video of him enjoying getting dried off with the air dryer. We highly recommend her!”

Your pet won't be left alone for long periods and will have someone around to make them feel comfortable and cared for while they're away from home. Safety and trust are extremely important to me when caring for someone else's pet. I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given plenty of attention while in my care. I carefully follow each owner's instructions regarding feeding, routines, walks, medications, and any special needs. I also understand that every pet has a different personality, so I give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable in a new environment. Took her for a walk, had her dog available for playtime, sent pics, had plenty of toys for her to play with...
