About: Hi, my name is Mariah. I have two pets of my own, 1 puppy named Lake and 1 cat named mango 💙🥭. I have two years experience caring for animals in a professional setting at a animal hospital. My biggest take away from that job was learning the importance of communicating with the customers and making sure their pets were always a priority. As pet owners we don’t always feel like our pets come first and that can be a very uneasy feeling. All animals deserve people with the right intentions and when finding the right person to take care of your pets you deserve to be able to relax knowing your pet is happy, healthy, and being treated well. Your pet will be top priority in my care and will be treated as my own. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats. I can follow raw food or special diet recipes. I am very detail oriented and can keep your pet on their daily routines, such as meal plans, and medication, exercise, etc. Requirements: I ask that your pets be up to date on vaccines and their flea and tick prevention, especially puppies they MUST have their dewormer, parvo, and distemper. I will not take a risk of getting my other animals sicks. I currently work full time Monday through Friday (7am-3pm.) I have open availability after 3 pm on the week days. My weekends are open availability. I have two outdoor runs, 40x50 outdoor enclosed fence for outdoor time. I also have multiple crates that can be utilized in emergency situations or for comfortability as some dogs just like using crates as a safe place to relax and decompress. I have two playpen areas in the garage that are great for puppies that I can bring inside. If there is a reactive dog in the bunch I will separate and place the reactive dog in another room to avoid fights. Your dog will be walked and engaged with while being outside as I try to make this a fun activity for my dog and a chance for him to get his energy out. For cats I would prefer to offer service at the owners house due to already having a cat and knowing she doesn’t like sharing her space with cats and prefers her own cat room.

About: I’m currently employed at a local animal hospital, working specifically in the boarding department! Meaning my whole job is to be responsible of 20+ animals at a minimum. I have 3 years of experience, I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs throughout my experience, including sweet, energetic pups, reactive or fearful dogs, strong pullers, and senior dogs who need extra patience and care. I’m comfortable handling dogs with different temperaments and understand how important it is to stay calm, confident, and attentive in every situation. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or needs a slower pace, medication, or gentle handling, I always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping owners updated and reassured. I’m pretty flexible! With school i’m mostly not available during the day but weekends and breaks i am happy to stop by and care for pets! I prioritize animal care above all! He's so skittish around new people we were afraid to leave him anywhere. Natasha assured me he'd be in great hands and boy was she right. She spoiled him and loved on him just as we would have. She was available last minute (3hrs before on a holiday weekend) which wad so great. We met at her home and stayed for about 15-20mins until Denim felt comfortable and let her give him belly rubs. She was super patient and didn't mind me checking in on him. She even provided me some photos of him relaxing like he took over her home. I'm super thankful for all she did and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a trusting person to care for their fur baby. I can't wait to contact her again in the future ??”

About: I have been caring for pets all my life, big and small and all types! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and any age, cats of all ages, friendly and not so friendly, birds, lizards, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, etc. I am comfortable with any situation and have experience with sick pets and can administer medication. I am also very comfortable with nail trimming. I once tube fed a very sick lizard, as well as gave a dog an IV at home! I work full time but a hybrid schedule. I am available most weekends and some days during the week. On days I go into office, I can help before or after. I do get alot of time off from work so am available various other days as well including most holidays. While I do not have a fence at my home, I can ensure you that your pets would be well taken care of and watched. I would take out on a leash for exercise and watch at all times. I have a very large yard and a nice dog-friendly subdivision. I also would be willing to come to your house.
