My last trip I was gone for a week and Alex not only fed him, but she sent me videos every time she went and spent time with him. Alex is a huge animal lover and I know that she will keep my cat safe every time I’m not home. She is quick to return my spare key to me and she also brought my mail inside while I was gone! I recommend all of my friends and family to Alex when they are going out of town and need help with their pets!”

I love my boy, but I do not bring him on walks with other people's animals. I want to make sure I am 100% focused on the safety of your pets when I am with them, and I do the same when I take him on his own walks.

About: Looking for a pet sitter that treats your pets like their very own? Well, you found her! From a young age, I have worked with dogs large and small. I have years of experience in pet sitting and training my own dogs throughout my life. I pride myself in being able to let your pets out to potty multiple times a day in my fenced-in yard, encouraging enrichment activities, and letting your pet have a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise per day. I have experience training young puppies and helping older dogs with senior care. I am CPR certified, work at a local pet clinic, and am currently enrolled in dog training courses to become a certified dog trainer! I work full time as a veterinary assistant and stay home Saturday-Monday. Throughout the week, I work 12 hour shifts, but am able to come home for a 45 minute break in between for lunch. Pet care is my life and my schedule works around my pets. As I have a fenced yard and a larger home, I started offering services in my home. I would prefer the dogs that stay in my home be crate trained and preferably potty trained. These can be negotiated if the pet is a senior or does very well and does not have issues with having accidents in the home if left unattended for short periods of time (maximum 6 hours). As for client home visits, I would prefer to keep these to a minimum as I work so far away from quite a bit of the area I service. Pets that stay in my home must be up to date on ALL vaccines (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella), CURRENT on flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and either dog social or neutral. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. (I have experience with reactive dogs, but we will be on a crate and rotate basis with my personal dogs if one were to stay in my home.)

About: I've taken care of several dogs in my lifetime. I've had experience with every breed you can think of while I worked at Arbor View animal hospital as a Kennel attendant. I am very open! I am open during most the week. On Saturdays and Sundays I have a child under 2 come over for 5-8 hours at a time, but any pet doesn't need to meet said child if requested and I can accomodate. I own 2 cats that also can be separated from the main area if need be. I live in a home on an acre of land, the yard is unfenced but I can leash dogs or put them on tie outs if requested. I own 2 cats but they can be put away in their rooms if need be

About: I am an experienced pet owner and take pet care seriously. I always ensure our animals are as happy as they can be by meeting all of our animals individual needs. I can guarantee your animal will be treated like family ❤️ Your pet will receive full time care during their stay. Having 3 pets of my own means that caretaking is never over, there’s always pets and treats to be given. I currently have 2 cats and 1 dog. They are all young and have lots of fun, playful energy! I make sure to get that energy out via their favorite activities. I enjoy taking our border collie to the dunes for a hike, on car rides to his favorite pet store and playing ball/frisbee with him in the backyard. My oldest cat loves to sit outside in her playpen and watch the birds and squirrels. My youngest cat loves a good game of fetch followed by some belly rubs. All of that being said, your pets experience will be customized to fit their needs. Whatever they enjoy most I will provide!

About: I’ve had animals around me all my life. I’ve always enjoyed working with them whether they were distressed or calm. I have worked with dogs and cats most of my life but I’ve also worked with a variety of animals so I’m very well rounded with animals. I’m currently working part time but my schedule is generally very flexible and I can make it all fit. Just need to know about 48 hours before. Most of the time I’ll be able to do last minute calls. I like when my pets have their own section of the home where they have their food and if it’s a cat a litter box. All their toys generally in the same spot unless we’re using it. Generally clean and organized.
