About: I’m new to Rover, but a lifelong dog lover. My first best friend was a yellow Lab named Candy, who slept at the foot of my bed every night. Today, I share my life with two Chesapeake Bay Retrievers who are truly my fur babies. I’m a mom to two teenage daughters and a small business owner in Chesterton. I’m very active and regularly take my own dogs on long walks and runs at Coffee Creek, so I’m happy to walk, jog, or play with your pup—or stop by for cuddles and treats while you’re at work. I’ve volunteered with animal shelters over the years and am pet CPR certified, so your dog will always be in caring, capable hands! Im a small business owner that is primarily weekend based, this leaves me a flexible weekday schedule that allows me to give your pets reliable exercise and attentive care and on a regular basis if needed. I am happy to check in with your dogs or cats, feed, cuddle and give them anything needed during a visit. I’m responsible and mature.

About: I’m currently employed at a local animal hospital, working specifically in the boarding department! Meaning my whole job is to be responsible of 20+ animals at a minimum. I have 3 years of experience, I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs throughout my experience, including sweet, energetic pups, reactive or fearful dogs, strong pullers, and senior dogs who need extra patience and care. I’m comfortable handling dogs with different temperaments and understand how important it is to stay calm, confident, and attentive in every situation. Whether your dog loves long walks and playtime or needs a slower pace, medication, or gentle handling, I always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping owners updated and reassured. I’m pretty flexible! With school i’m mostly not available during the day but weekends and breaks i am happy to stop by and care for pets! I prioritize animal care above all! About: I have taken care of various breeds and ages of dogs since I was 13. Family, neighbors, and work friends have depended on me to watch their dogs. If there are other animals besides dogs, I will take great care of those as well. My personal schedule is up in the air as I just relocated to the Orlando area. About: Hi, I'm Makenzie! Since I turned 18 I’ve worked as a Veterinary Technician, a kennel tech, at daycare/boarding facilities and I have pet sit for dozens of people throughout my life. That being said, I have experience with all different kinds of dogs and cats! From the smallest Chihuahuas to giant breeds, like Mastiffs. I've worked with the deaf, the blind and the sickly. I'm not excluding cats in any way, I've had my Calico since she was just a few weeks old and she’s my heart and soul! Animals are my passion and I'd love to be a part of your fur babies life! I’m currently not working a traditional job, so I have all day Monday-Friday to take care of your pets! Weekend availability is currently as needed. I care for your animals as if they were my own, making sure safety is my number one priority! As I do not offer in home services at my residence, I’ll see to it that your animals are safe, happy and healthy in their home and whenever we are exploring outside of it.

About: I’ve worked at a dog hotel, and I’ve pet sat for both cats and dogs. I’ve never met a dog that didn’t like me, and I’ve never met a cat that didn’t tolerate me. I’m a student pilot, so some days I have about 2 and a half hours where I won’t be available. Otherwise I have a very flexible schedule and can spend all day or any time caring for your pet. I don’t have any pets of my own, but I’m good at making anyone’s pets friendly with me. I’ve done daily check-ins and up to two weeks staying at someone’s house to keep their dog active and happy.

About: Hi there! I worked as kennel staff at an animal hospital for over a year before I moved to Nevada, and then I worked at both and animal hospital and a grooming salon during the two years I lived there! (I have since returned to Northwest Indiana!) I took care of both cats and dogs(of all breeds and disabilities) and helped medicate and treat them! I have owned pets all my life, both cats and dogs, and have been their primary caretakers. I am heavily passionate about animals! I currently have two dogs and four cats. I am 23 and have a driver's license. I love animals more than anything, and would do whatever it takes to make your pets feel happy and safe in my company! I am currently unemployed, so I have plenty of time to take care of other people's pets! I live in a household with other people, so I'm more than able to housesit, as well! I love to keep animals company, and I will do whatever I'm asked to do to take care of someone's pet. If said pet is undergoing training of any sort, I'm willing to make sure that training is implemented throughout the visit, walk, or stay. I absolutely love giving furbabies my attention and love, but will go at the pets pace. I won't force my affections on an anxious animal.

About: I have been around all sorts of animals since I was a baby. I had a German shepherd growing up. Now I own a hound mix who is very energetic and keeps me busy which I like. While I was in college I worked at my teams stable and took care of my coaches horses, chickens, and her donkey. Since I own a dog of my own, pet care is in my every day life. I am a server at Dante’s house of pizza. Even with my busy work schedule I still have plenty of time to take my own dog to the park, walk him, and play with him. I want to share my love by taking care of other peoples animals. I can ensure them that their furry friends will be safe in my care. My dog’s name is Gino and he loves being outdoors whenever we can be. He loves going on walks with other dogs. He is really happy when I take him to my friend’s house to play with their dogs. My dog is very spoiled and gets to snuggle up with me in bed. I am responsible to take him to the vet when he needs his yearly check up. I make sure he is well groomed and well fed.

About: I have taken care of all different kinds of dogs from sizes and breeds since I was a kid. Throughout my life I’ve had several dogs all types of different breeds and sizes, from a mastiff to a miniature poodle. So, I have lots experience in dealing with dogs in different ranges with breed,size, and age. I also have experience with cats, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I am working full time currently, I am off on the weekends unless and normally completely free these days. I work during the day most days. I usually work evenings one day out of the week,tuesdays. I am very flexible outside of my time with work! I currently have a dog and 3 cats. With my dog we feed him in the morning and evening, throughout the day I usually play with my dog let him out to go potty, and a couple walks throughout the day to keep them moving. I also feed my cats morning and night and play with them throughout the day and clean their litter box in the evening.

Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. From the smallest of toy and lap dogs to the much larger Great Danes and Mastiffs. We will always get along, even the dog that nobody can handle and scares them. My patients never wears thin and eventually all, even the most stubborn pet warms up to me. Any pet under our supervision will always be taken care of from walks, to alone time to calm their nerves if need be but NEVER neglected. We truly believe that your Dogs and/or Cats should and will be treated just you would. Thanks, Between my wife and I we are essentially available 24/7. And hope to accommodate any ones schedule. Our routine will be scheduled around whatever is needed We have a full half acre completely fenced in (Wooden privacy fence). And of course whatever it is you and your dogs like enjoy we will accommodate.

About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. With all the free time on my hands, and I would love to get the chance to spend it walking and playing with your fur babies! In the past, I have dog sat for other friends and family and I really enjoyed it and having the extra company is always a plus!
