The only minor downside is that she sometimes had to miss the regular schedule and come a bit later. It’s not a big deal, but I feel having an exact schedule could be more comforting for the cats. About: I’m a great sitter because animals have always been a part of my life. I’ve had the joy of raising dogs from puppies to adulthood, including a mini-poodle named Mikey, who was a cherished part of our family for 11 years. Currently, I have a 2-year-old cat named Cash and a 1.5-year-old dog named Jax. My care also extends to parakeets, other small birds, hamsters, and fish. Additionally, I have always found myself being a sitter for the pets of my relatives and I am currently fostering 2 cats. I have experience with nursing pets back to health after surgeries. I’m currently working part-time, so I have time to hang with the fur-babies! On weekdays, my afternoons are free, I do not work on Friday and Saturdays, and every night is available for possible boarders, as I am home. When caring for pets I prioritize their health, comfort, and emotional well-being. I ensure they’re well-fed by preparing and cooking their food according to their specific dietary needs. If a pet is unwell, I take the time to nurse them back to health with close attention and gentle care. I am also the person that takes my pets to their vet appointments. I also make sure they feel loved and secure by spending quality time with them—petting, cuddling, and playing—tailored to their personality and preferences. Each pet is treated like family, with patience, compassion, and responsibility at the heart of everything I do.

She is always attentive to anything that might need mentioning around the house as well, which is a comfort when we were gone during tropical storm Ida and wanted to know if any damage had occurred. Jasmin is personable, joyful, and a lover of critters. Dependable and responsible, she kept my two cats clean and secure, and checked their automatic feeder regularly, sending photos of all relative subjects—not just food and litter box, but also the bird feeder she agreed to tend as well as the furry and feathered critters visiting. I couldn't be more pleased with Jasmin' approach and commitment or with the week my cats depended on her (as I did).
This was the first time that Kaitlin watched Jed over an extended period and it really could not have gone better. She was communicative throughout, and was very thoughtful about trying to find extra time to be with him while we were away. We came home to a cat who was obviously been well cared for and we will look forward to having Kaitlin come watch Jed again.
EJ did such a great job caring for our cat while we were away. She rarely comes out for sitters but made more than one appearance to greet EJ so we knew EJ was a great match for her. EJ was extremely responsible and responsive and left the house in pristine condition. I highly recommend EJ.
Kimberly is a fantastic cat sitter! Our cat is 13 years old and does not exactly warm up to new people very quickly. Where some people may have said ‘no thank you’ to sitting for our cat Kimberly said “let’s figure out a way to make this work that will make your cat feel as comfortable as possible while making sure he gets the great quality care he deserves.” She really impressed us with her perseverance even after our boy hissed and growled when she came for visits. She made sure he was fed and his litter box cleaned daily despite his less than happy attitude. She even offered him treats and play time as well as turned on Cat TV for him. By the end of our two week vacation he was looking forward to her visits enough to ask for a pet or two and play with his toy! I couldn’t recommend Kimberly more - especially if you have a less than easy pet. She doesn’t give up easily! 10 out of 10 stars for sure!
Carolyn was amazing to our two cats and dog! She sent detailed Rover cards and pictures so we were at ease during our overseas trip. She happily played with our two cats and took our dog out for a lot of fun walks. It was great reading the Rover cards and I think our three babies loved her so much! Isabella and Alanna were both amazing caregivers!! They are warm, friendly, and comforting with pets!! They were great at communication and kept me posted throughout! We had a very good experience with Alex! My kitties are a bit reclusive with strangers but they each came out for a short time and she was able to send pictures to us. That was very comforting while we were away. She showed up on time each day and I believe our babies were well taken care of . Thank you Alex and Rover.
