About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. Currently unavailable/working Tuesday evenings (although i pick up other shifts when im able). I try my best to keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability, please reach out if you have any questions! I am super active and would love to spend time outside walking with your pet if you' like and the weather allows! If not we can spend time in-doors playing.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

About: Take some time for yourself. I miss having a pup in my life, have cared for dogs all of my life, and will love your little bug like they were my own. Cuddles are endless! I am comfortable administering medications and dealing with special needs (as my last pup was very special :)). I am also pretty active so lots of attention, sniffs, squirrel chasing, and long walks will be a part of your pups time with me. Potty breaks are every 2 hours, with a last one right before bed. I will take care of your home and fur-baby like my own I'd love to help you out with your pet-sitting needs. I am happy to send pictures and videos of their stay, just let me know!!! I’m available for walks and check-ins throughout the day and will happily play with them and feed them as you need I have two cats at home who are not super socialized with dogs. In your home, I treat the space with care and stay mindful of doors, gates, and any potential risks (I have my own Harry Husky Houdini, so I understand escape artists). If something seems off, I’ll check in right away. At my home, pets stay in a safe, pet-friendly space with no toxic plants or loose hazards. We have a doggy door for easy access outside, but all outdoor time is supervised. I never do off-leash time unless we’re in a fully fenced area and you’ve approved it. I communicate often, so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel just as at ease as your pet.

About: My home and job are in the Midtown area of Detroit but I'm willing to go the distance to make sure your animal is cared for. Can I love and spoil your pet like they are my own? I have a flexible schedule and would enjoy spending my extra time visiting with your pet. I am not a dog owner but play aunt to a timid staffie. I am an enthusiastic professional at fetch, belly rubs, and love going on long walks. I currently own two cats and am a fantastic snuggle buddy. About: I’ve had dogs throughout my life. Small, medium, and large sized dogs, young and elderly dogs, dogs with low energy levels and dogs with high energy levels. I used to pet sit for my neighbors as well, including one neighbor who had two mastiffs and a dalmatian, and another neighbor with a chronically ill dog prone to accidents. I loved them all! I work full time, but I primarily work nights, so I’m available while most people are at work. I also love to go on walks during my free time, so I’d love to walk to visit your pet, or take them along with me. We have a specific room with toys, a bed, and plenty of attention from me that’s designed for your pet to have a great stay. We have a water fountain for cats, and a large water dish for dogs, and plenty of treats and love to provide.

About: I have been watching dogs and cats since I was 15. I am use to all types of dogs and cats, from crazy hyper to very chill and relaxed! I am currently a full time student at Wayne State University! I am free anytime between classes or after i’m done with my classes for the day! I like to have a rough plan for the day so if your pet needs a schedule I love working with those and very use to them!

About: I have taken care of various types of dog babies across many states. I learn quickly about what a dog needs especially when factoring in weather. I work from home most days and run in the evening. Usually long distance runs are in the morning so not inconvenient for night stays. For my home, I have a very spacious dog park and closed in balcony. Also live close to the riverwalk for night walks. There is space in home for medium sized crates if necessary.

About: I am a working art student staying in Detroit. I love dogs and often am walking around the area and exploring. I have always had dogs as pets and have a lot of experience with different breeds and personalities! I am willing to get to know and care for your wonderful pup, and I have very flexible hours. I am most interested in dog walking, however I will also stay with your dog for longer periods of time. I have experience working with large dogs that pull on leashes, as well as very small dogs, so I have no issues with any breeds or size! About: I am a former teacher and I love dogs as much as I love kids. Dogs are creatures who need attention, affection and lots of kisses! I live in the heart of Downtown Detroit and is walking distance from Comerica Park, Ford Field, Campus Martius Park, Fox Theater, The Filmore & Little Caesars Arena. I live in the heart of downtown Detroit and I enjoy walking my dog several times a day. We go to the doggie parks that are in close proximity to the apartment, and we have a dog park at my apartment complex that’s great for meet and greets with other dogs. I would care for pets in someone else’s home by respecting the area in which the dog is most comfortable meaning changing pee, pee pads, making sure their food and water bowls are full. And I will make sure that their dog is treated as if the owner were at home with lots of belly rubs. I care for my dog in my home the same way I make sure it’s a clean environment a safe environment, where my dog feels comfortable.
