About: My name is Ariel! I’m an attentive and responsible pet lover residing in Midtown Detroit. I am a registered nurse with an extremely flexible schedule. My partner and I currently have 2 cats. I have previously adopted and fostered dogs and have volunteer experience walking dogs in the shelter setting. I have years of experience caring for the pets of friends, family, and neighbors, and I am coming up on a year of experience using rover. Please don’t hesitate to provide me with any and all detailed requests for your furry friends! My full-time job as a registered nurse means my schedule changes weekly. I have a lot of flexibility, and can usually accommodate irregular schedules. Feel free to message me and work out plan that best fits you and your pets’ needs. I’m more than happy to be accommodating to your special requests - don’t be afraid to ask! I’m patient and willing to take the extra time to work with slower senior pets as well as rambunctious young pets that may need a little more direction.

About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and fish (my own) and for neighbors, friends, and family. I’m attentive, reliable, and very communicative, and I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I follow feeding schedules closely, provide walks and potty breaks as instructed, administer medication when needed, and crate pets if requested. I aim to keep each pet’s routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I have open availability and keep my calendar updated regularly. For longer or extended care needs, I appreciate 12–24 hours’ notice so I can plan accordingly. On Mondays and Wednesdays, my evenings are limited, but I’m available mornings and afternoons on those days. I’m otherwise flexible and happy to coordinate to make sure your pet’s needs are fully covered. I will make sure they are fed in a timely manner and they take their medications if needed. I can crate your dog as well.

About: Hello! My name is Avery ..... I have had dogs all throughout my life and plan to keep it that way! As a kid I grew up with with two beagles, a chocolate lab, a pit bull, and most recently a rescue shar pei/ lab mix. I love seeing every animals personality shine through and spoiling them with love and attention. Each one of my dogs has loved the outdoors (almost as much as me) and had lives full of adventure and exercise. I have also lived with cats and love them (through my previous roommate). I love animals of all breeds and sizes and would love the chance to meet yours! I am a current student so my schedule is semi flexible at the moment. Currently unavailable/working Tuesday evenings (although i pick up other shifts when im able). I try my best to keep my calendar updated to reflect my availability, please reach out if you have any questions! I am super active and would love to spend time outside walking with your pet if you' like and the weather allows! If not we can spend time in-doors playing.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life, my parents raised seeing eye dogs, and I helped with training and daily care from a young age. In my teens, I helped my mom run a small dog-boarding business out of our home, so I'm used to dogs with all kinds of temperaments and routines. Over the years, I've often been the go-to friend for dogs that need a little extra patience or understanding, whether that's a shy senior or a high-energy handful. I recently lost my own pup, and while l'm not ready for another full-time, I miss having a dog around and love being able to offer that care and attention to someone else's. I'm currently working on fixing up my very old duplex so I'm home, tinkering around most of the time, and my schedule is flexible. If you're worried about your pet being in a construction zone, not to worry! The living area is safe and segmented from anything that might be hazardous yet intriguing to your pet. I have a partially fenced yard, perfect for supervised play. Living in midtown means that there's plenty of interesting things to smell along walks. I can crate your dog if needed, and you're welcome to bring their own if that makes them most comfortable. I have quite a few house plants in my space, so please let me know if your pup is prone to chewing on them and I will move them out of the way for their visit.

One is always a nervous wreck and pulls on the leash/ is reactive, while the other is a slow walker and smeller with leg braces- a mix that is usually enough to drive anyone crazy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I have experience with various breeds and ages. I’ve work with puppies, senior dogs, pitbulls, labs, doodles, and more. I am allergic to cats, so I am only available for dog bookings. Local to the Metro Detroit area looking to support dogs and their families 🫶 I’m am putting in my 2 weeks at my full time job on Monday and am looking for part time work doing what I love: caring for dogs. My schedule will be super flexible after 2/20/26 :) I am sadly living in a small apartment currently, but I’d be happy to care for dogs in a client’s home. I’m super type A and communicative. In your home, I treat the space with care and stay mindful of doors, gates, and any potential risks. (I have my own "Harry Husky Houdini", so I understand an escape artists.) If something seems off, I'll check in right away. At my home, pets stay in a safe, pet-friendly space with no toxic plants or hazards. We have a doggy door for easy access outside, but all outdoor time is supervised. I never do off-leash time unless we're in a fully fenced/secure area and you've approved it. I tend to communicate often, so you'll always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to feel just as at ease, because as a fellow pet parent, I know how hard it can be to be apart.

I can't wait to meet you and your pets. I am currently attending online school, so I will have a lot of availability to care for your pets! I'm new to the area, and excited to get myself out there. I'm attentive to animal body language, and know some animal first-aid. In case of an emergency, I'm also capable of lifting up to about 80 pounds.

About: With 12 years of pet care experience and a house full of my own, I provide loving, responsible, and attentive care for your pet. Having had dogs, cats, even jellyfish, hamsters, bunnies and chickens of my own I understand the importance of finding attentive care for your pets. I currently care for my dog which I take on walks around noon and feed him accordingly twice a day as well as my jellyfish but they don’t join us on the walks unfortunately 🪼. I am currently on vacation from school and am available almost any day. Pets (dog or cat) are given attentive care, I tend to follow a consistent schedule when it comes to meals, walks and bedtimes which differ for every pet. As well as play time.
