Lindy was so lovely. She was a great communicator- she sent me photos and a pup update each day. She took careful care of Sadie’s senior needs. When I got home, Sadie girl seemed at ease and the house was in order. I am grateful for Lindy’s time spent with Sadie and would recommend her as a sitter to anyone.
I was gone for ten days and Bryan had great questions during our meet and greet, covering all the important areas. Bryan's work-from-home status meant he was able to provide a more consistent presence for my pup while I was gone. The photos Bryan posted during my trip were reassuring and it looked like he and my pup genuinely bonded with each other; on return my pup seemed healthy and happy. Bryan was responsive when I reached out with questions and posted photos every couple of days. Otherwise, written communication was more reactive than proactive so for those who like frequent unprompted reports, you should explicitly ask for that. That said, I'd hire him again without hesitation.
Sarah was amazing! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She kept us up to date with pics throughout the day, loved on our babies, and had a positive and uplifting personality. We had our first house sitting booking with Alex and everything went perfectly! Biscuit and Chip loved having her stay with them and she did a great job of communicating with us about the stay. Madison did a great job sitting for us on short notice when we needed to leave town for a memorial service. It was also the first time our young dog Ellie had stayed alone with a sitter without the support of our elder dog who had recently passed away.
