“This is the first time when we sent our dog Coco to a sitter for care. Luckily, it turned out to be a great experience for both us and our dog. Karla and her husband Dave took great care of Coco. Every time when I received a photo from Karla, seeing Coco comfortably lying on the couch next to either Karla or Dave, I knew Coco had been cared and loved. We really appreciate that Karla send us photos and short videos every day when we were at California for ten days. Karla's home is very clean and spacious, which allows Coco to circle around with other dog friends. In a summary, we definitely will send Coco back to Karla for care when needed.”

About: I've always had a special connection with animals and genuinely enjoy being around them. Over the years, I've cared for dogs and cats for family and friends and have always enjoyed getting to know their unique personalities. One of my favorite things about working with dogs is teaching them fun tricks and basic commands. I've successfully taught dogs to sit, stay, roll over, and beg. Once, I even taught my dog to walk backwards on two legs 🤭 I love seeing them learn and gain confidence through patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement. I'm also someone who loves being outdoors, so long walks, playtime, and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need is something I truly enjoy. Whether your dog is energetic and adventurous or prefers a slower pace and extra cuddles, I'll do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and understand how important it is to have someone dependable caring for a member of your family. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or simply keeping them company, I enjoy making sure animals feel comfortable and cared for throughout the day. I live in a pet-friendly home with family members who also love animals, along with a friendly Golden Retriever and my cat. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. Because every pet has a different personality and comfort level, I take the time to help them feel secure and adjust at their own pace. We have a spacious backyard and deck area, and I enjoy taking dogs on regular walks to make sure they get plenty of exercise and enrichment. I'll always follow your instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, routines, and any special care your pet may need so they receive the same love and attention they're used to at home.

“Michelle is the nicest pet sitter I never met before, she keep us updated with tons of photos every day and let us feel extremely safe when we are not close to my dog. My dog looks happy through out the stay and eat exactly what I told her to feed. Before she give my dog treats, she even texted us and asked us if it is okay to give him this and that. “With the right sitter, I think having our dogs stay in a person's home is significantly less stressful than staying in a standard boarding kennel. This was definitely the case with Amanda and her family. Our boys, Mack (a doberman) and Luke (a Miniature Schnauzer), did very well there and got along well with their family dog and cats. Mack had some intestinal problems while we were out of town and Amanda went the extra mile to make sure he was well cared for and recovered without issue. She also provided regular updates on our boys even though we had no expectation of this, which was great. When I came to pick the dogs up, I saw them lounging in the front room before they knew I was there. They looked right at home. We wouldn't hesitate to have Amanda take care of our boys in the future.”
