“We were traveling to Mason in our motor home for the tennis open. We fiund Melissa on the Rover app and after a couple of text messages we set a time to meet and greet. Melissa was on time and one of the most personable sitters we have ever used. Our girl Sambuca was happy and took a liking to Melissa from the start. We felt very comfortable giving her access to our motor home and she was a God send for us knowing that Sambuca was well cared for. Melissa would walk her for a hour and make sure she had plenty of water. We cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone in the Mason, OH area. Thank you again, the Kings”

About: I have taken care of many pets of friends and family members for a while now. I have a cat myself and have a love for animals 🐾 I currently have a full-time job but I am available early mornings (5am-7am) and evenings (5pm-9pm). I can do a couple drop-ins a day whether that be potty breaks, meal times, or even to give your pet some company! I will take any and all notes/ routines into consideration and do what is best for your pet! I can work around any accommodations required and keep you up-to-date on your pet :)

Growing up taking care of dogs made me realize how special the bond can be between you and any furry friend. I have experience in my daily profession working as a dog bather and in a doggy daycare! I love making friends with all of them and making sure they're all taken care of like family. During your dogs adventure with me I'd like to make the experience the most comfortable and enjoyable for them as possible. Additional services such as nail trimming, trail hiking, adventures and training sessions can all be included as well! All pets must be completely up to date on rabies, bordetella and distemper vaccinations and documentation must be presented. The safety of your pet is my top priority! Full shot series proof required. I have a very friendly fur baby of my own so even on days that I work I find it essential to make sure he gets plenty of exercise for the day. We love to hike, go swimming, go to the dog park and run around together, and we both would enjoy having some extra company along the way! At home, we have tons of cuddles and love to give. We go on walks often and many other adventures. For example, the dog park, hikes, bike rides, runs (etc). I can give baths too but am still saving up for some supplies needed to properly bathe long coated dogs (we’d have to do some sun bathing to get dry!) I regular clip nails, so if you’re interested we can include that too. In terms of dog sitting, I’d love to include all of the same activities, with any accommodations needed!

If possible, I love to have her join us when I am sitting for other dogs. About: I have loved being around and caring for animals ever since I was a little girl! I’ve driven my mom crazy over the years with how many strays I try to rescue haha but, I genuinely do adore animals and have always had a passion/soft spot for them! I currently work a part time job and am a full time nursing student! I was raised around dogs and cats and when I grew up, I decided that I would want to work for their own good. I was part of an Animal Welfare Organization in my hometown and fostered a lot of dogs and cats and took care of them until we find a new family for them.
