Taylor is absolutely amazing and we will be using her again!! We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience! She took excellent care of Luna and Red while we were away. She made sure they were fed, had fresh water, got plenty of potty breaks outside, and most importantly, gave them lots of love and snuggles. She sent us photos and updates, which really helped us relax knowing our dogs were happy and well cared for. She exceeded every expectation. I accidentally mixed up and changed the schedule several times, and she was incredibly patient, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire process. Luna and Red were clearly comfortable with her, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about them. We will absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and trustworthy sitter! Highly recommend!
Michelle has been a wonderful care provider for our senior dog Chloe. We needed temporary help with daily visits while Chloe recovered from ACL surgery due to restrictions with her activity. Although she was only responsible for Chloe, our other dog Freddie who is usually very shy with people he does not know quickly grew to love her and looked forward to her visits as well. We couldn’t have picked a better provider, she was dependable, kind and trustworthy and we would highly recommend her and use her services again.
