Kelsey was prompt in setting up a meet &greet and then confirming a booking - which was helpful given that we needed our puppy boarded immediately for the long weekend. She has 3 dogs of her own and you could never tell looking at her spotless and clean place. She has a fenced back yard, a separate room with crates for boarding dogs to rest when they are not playing outside and a quiet neighborhood for walks. She kept us updated with multiple video and photo updates, and any issues that popped up. She is energetic, easy to talk to and clear in her communication. Elvis clearly loved her, loved playing with her dogs and seemed happy when I picked him up. Thank you Kelsey!”
