I’ve been helping rescue and care for them since I was 13, and I still feel just as passionate now as I did when I walked into my first shelter. Whether it’s dogs, cats, rats, or any animal in need, I’m always ready to show up. I currently volunteer with my local Humane Society and have hands-on experience with everything from fostering and bottle-feeding to behavioral support. I’ve helped scared, sick, and overlooked animals feel safe and loved again — and there’s nothing more fulfilling to me. I’ve also been vegan since I was 13 because I believe in kindness toward all animals, not just the ones we share our homes with. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful. I know that trust takes time, and I never take that for granted. I’m new here and just getting started, but I’d truly love the chance to turn this kind of work into my full-time job. About: I have provided care and enrichment for a variety of animals throughout my life, from hamsters all the way up to farm animals. I have had multiple jobs in animal care, acquired a bachelor’s degree that required multiple animal-related care internships, and have personally cared for many family pets in their own homes. I'M OFFICIALLY FULL-TIME IN PERSONAL PET CARE ☺️ If a pet parent is flexible with their schedule I can fit it around my other clients! Especially for walks or drop ins. I'm going full-time on pet care for a little while I am content to go for long walks or trips to a dog park, or just lounge around the house with the occasional trip outside all depending on what your pet prefers. I will follow all instructions on their meals and any meds they may have.
