“Sara was a rockstar sitter for our boys Felon and Auto! We especially appreciated how she went above and beyond to make sure our little guys got the attention they needed while we were away. Sara clearly cares deeply for animals and it shows in the photos and thoughtful updates she sent us every visit. We looked forward to those updates and felt confident that we would come home to happy and calm kitties—and we definitely did! They boys were thrilled to see us but not distressed. Sara followed our directions and was proactive with questions about their care. We can’t thank her enough.”

About: 11+ years of personal experience with cats and dogs and also grew up with both cats and dogs in home. Now live in a super comfortable house in Lake Oswego with 1 dog, 1 cat and 2 kids under five. I work full time from home so am flexible with when I can visit or board a pet. Plenty of time to walk your animal or spend time with them while we hang inside. I have 2 large patios for lounging and live on a quiet street, which is perfect for taking a long walk. Love spending time and cuddling with animals.

“Once again, Kristen was an amazing and thoughtful caretaker for Bingo. I highly recommend. She goes above and beyond and her reports are thorough and creative.”

“Kira was great. I could tell my two cats had been in good hands while I was away since all was calm and peaceful with them upon coming home. She even got my shy boy to welcome her pets after a few visits. Home was left in tip top shape; no complaints.”

“Consistent communication, mishap on my part and she worked around it to make sure my boy was taken care of. Always cheerful and happy to come out check up on chief. 10/10 will request again.”

About: I have grown up with cats and dogs, two dogs and 4 cats over my lifetime. Both outdoor indoor pets and I am very active with them. Pets need love and support from us as much as we need it from them. I spent three years volunteering at the Oregon zoo working with animals. I am flexible and creative, easily adapting to pet's needs. I am also patient and calm with them. I have loved animals since I was a kid. I refused to hit a piñata at a party because it was animal shaped. I will love your pets as if they are my own. I am always happiest when I am around pets. I work from home on a salaried basis, so my schedule is flexible. Especially from early morning until 3pm. I can do quick drop ins and/or long stays if they need a little interaction. I pay attention to location of plants, making sure they are out of reach and not a hazard to pets. I make sure all toys left out are safe, not too small to chock on. Making sure toys don't have anything to tangle up with. I'll watch to make sure pets don't eat too fast and get sick.

“Rachel did an excellent job caring for our cat and taking care of our home while we were away. She was very communicative with daily updates and made sure she got all the details right for chores around the property.”

“Erika was wonderful! She took a chance on our dogs who had never had a sitter before and it went great. Our dogs loved her and she did a fantastic job taking care of them and our home while we were away. We will absolutely rebook with her in the future.”

“Susie was fantastic! She was very responsive, thoughtful, and always sent 10+ photos of our cats for each visit, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family.”

About: I am a huge animal lover! I have a dog (a labradoodle) and have been pet/house sitting for friends and neighbors since elementary school. I have cared for a wide variety of dogs, including both large and small breeds, high-energy dogs, and puppies. I have experience with basic obedience training and giving medications. I have also taken care of cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, and chickens, and am always excited to meet new animal friends! As a recent college graduate, my schedule is very flexible, so I have a lot of time to devote to caring for your furry friends. I am happy to fill in for reoccurring services if necessary, but can't commit to anything long term right now. I'm here to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy while you are away. I prioritize maintaining your pet's typical daily routines, and check-in with them frequently. If I'm house-sitting, I follow all rules and any special instructions, and am also happy to water plants, or collect mail, in addition to caring for your pet.

David G.
“I have known David for the past 30 years, as he and his family are my next door neighbors. David and his family have had pets, both dog and cats, as long as I have known them. I think I remember that at one time he also worked or volunteered at the Metro Zoo. He is always friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I have trusted David to be in my house to care for my cats feeding and litter box cleaning while my wife and I are out of town. He even goes so far as to spend time socializing and playing with them during his daily visits. I will always consider reaching out to David first to watch my pets, and highly recommend him as a qualified and trusted pet caregiver to anyone.”
