About: I have worked in the pet care industry in some capacity since I was 16 years old. This includes experience working in kennels, doggy daycares, dog walking, and overnight pet sitting! I am currently in medical school, trying to maintain my passion for pets while funding my education. I have worked with dogs and cats of all ages and sizes, and look forward to giving your pet all the love and care they need and more! As a medical student, I am occupied during the morning, but I am typically available most afternoons and evenings, and every weekend. I have even more availability during holidays and breaks! Every pet I care for gets my undivided attention for the entirety of the service. In addition, I have been trained and certified in pet CPR and first aid multiple times over the years (last renewed in June 2023), and am happy to abide by any specific safety rules you provide.

“Heather was very quick to respond when our previously booked sitter canceled with a family emergency less than 1 week before our trip. She was very communicative during our time away. Heather really 'gets' cats and tried to establish a bond from the initial "meet and greet." She understands that cats don't immediately warm up to strangers and that it takes time for them to feel comfortable. She was able to administer 2 large pills to our 19-year-old cat every day which helped maintain our kitty's health - and allowed us to feel more comfortable being away. Our big boy cat can be very skittish and with patience and treats, Heather was able to help him take his medicine mixed with food. We have another stay booked with Heather already and will absolutely continue to partner with her for future visits. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

She made sure they were well taken care of and before then end of my trip, she had been graced with the appearance of the senior, and the other even came out of hiding for her.”

About: Ever since I was 16 I started walking and dog sitting my family's dogs. I love animals and love taking care of them. I have been a dog owner through out my life and am recently have become a cat owner. After work I like to go on walks when the weather is nice. I'd love to have a companion to walk with, and make the walk not seem so lonely I treat every pet as if they are the apple of my eye, even if they aren't mine. My cat at home doesn't know what an empty bowl of anything is, and they're offered so much love and affection.
