About: Hello, I'm Angela and I have been a dog and animal lover my whole life. I have watched dogs for family and neighbors for many years. My background is in psychology and I've definitely used that knowledge in understanding my own dogs and those I take care of. I'm currently undergoing a career change, so I have plenty of time on both weekdays and weekends to watch and play with your furry family members. I try to keep my availability as up-to-date as possible within the limited settings Rover has. I am adaptable to any routine that your pet is used to, such as feeding times and walks. I am familiar with rescues and the variability in their behavior and comfort with new people.
About: My experience in pet care is broad and customized to each animal's specific requirements. I have experience working with older pets, adult dogs, and puppies, so I have a comprehensive understanding of their unique needs regarding care. I am different from other sitters because I take a different approach to establishing comfort and trust. I place a high priority on positive reinforcement methods, particularly for puppies, as it helps them learn important commands while making sure they have fun. I concentrate on the unique medical requirements of elderly pets, such as managing medicines and addressing mobility issues. I work hard to provide every pet in my care a loving environment, whether it means attending to their specific nutritional needs, exercise requirements, or affection. I work flex at Amazon so my schedule is pretty open. Just tell me what days you need me and I’ll do my best to accommodate for that. I take the time to learn about the unique personality and preferences of each pet, which makes them feel more at ease. I am open in my communication with pet owners about their unique habits and any worries they may have.
“Sarah went above and beyond and notified me of a leak in my kitchen when she came to walk my dog. Without her prompt attention the water would’ve continued flowing for several more hours!”

About: I grew up with small dogs. Bred dogs. Trained dogs. Now have large dogs. When I babysit dogs, they go home well groomed. I'm in a very pet friendly neighborhood where everyone knows the dogs names (and sometimes the owners). I'm semi-retired and usually work from home when I do work. I currently walk mine 4xday. I could use more exercise but my dog is getting older and can't keep up. I have large crates if your dog would rather be in one. Mine runs free in the house and yours can too. I'm down to 10 tennis balls due to some serious puppy time. I can let your dogs meet the neighborhood or walk them in more private areas if they prefer. Several neighbors pass out treats daily, so the dogs have something to look forward to on their walks here.

I care for pets as if they are family members, I may be guilty of spoiling them from time to time but they deserve it!

“Julianna was so wonderful! She came for a meet and greet and followed all instructions for our dogs walk. She is so sweet, respectful, and you can tell she has a love for pets! We will definitely be using her again😊 thanks Julianna!”

“This was my first time using the app and this was a wonderful experience. My dogs haven’t been on a walk in a minute since we brought our baby home, so they had extra energy for their walk with Derek. He was able to handle all 3 of my dogs, get them walked and they came home so happy. I was worried it was a lot to ask, but he handled it beautifully and was so kind. 10/10 would definitely book again!”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up surrounded by both cats and dogs, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Over the years, that love turned into something even deeper: a commitment to helping animals who need it most. I’ve spent years rescuing cats (non‑professionally) from difficult street conditions in Costa Rica, giving them safety and a chance at a loving home. Today, I share my home with my wife and our three rescue cats, all adopted there and cherished like family. They’re my babies, and they remind me every day how much joy and love animals bring into our lives. Your pets won’t just be looked after. They’ll be cared for with the same love, respect, and attention I give my own. I have a flexible schedule and can easily adjust it on weekdays and weekends to take care of dogs and cats, preferably before 3:00 p.m. I can provide pet care exclusively in my clients’ homes. I know how important it is for pets to keep their routine, even when their owners are away, so I follow their usual schedule and habits to help them feel comfortable and secure.
About: I’m that girl who will say hi to every animal I see. I grew up with a beagle and now have black lab mix named Louie, who I rescued in 2019. He is my “child”. 😂 im currently figuring out my career goals after working in accounting and finance roles for the past 15 years. This gives me plenty of flexibility during the day to care for your pup! I have fostered dogs through Is Today My Day rescue and have successfully gotten 4 dogs adopted. It’s not easy saying goodbye but makes me so happy knowing they are going to loving families. I’m so excited to meet your furry family member and love them like one of my own! I’m currently very flexible during the day time so I’m pretty open to dog walks or drop ins when needed. I no longer provide boarding services. My dog has full run of my home. He sleeps in my bed and I have no issues allowing others to do the same. I have a fenced in large patio area with partial yard to potty and play off leash.
About: I have always loved dogs. My husband and I adopted a beagle 5 years ago and we have just loved every minute of it. We go on daily walks, have plenty of toys and dog puzzles. I currently work from home and will have plenty of time to monitor and play with your dogs. My Beagle Tommy is also dog friendly. We go outside frequently and supervise outside playtime. I have a friendly beagle who loves to play hard and nap hard too. We allow dogs on the furniture and work from home. We do not crate dogs even when leaving the home.

About: I love all animals! I have owned a dog for most of my life as well as other pets. I have also helped with dog and cat sitting before, and would love to help you out too! I worked to train my family dog, and can help reinforce training for your pets too! I am a very caring and loving person and will share these qualities with your pet! I will not only fill your pets needs but I will also take the time to play fetch with them or snuggle up with them on the couch! I can help administer needed medications or fulfill any other special requirements to keep your pet happy and healthy as well! I am a teacher so over the summer I have lots of free time! During the school year I am free each morning or afternoon, and on the weekends! I am able to stop in multiple times throughout the day and would love to hang out with and care for your furry friend! I would play with, hang out with, and care for your pet during my time there! I would also make sure I let them approach me first to make sure they feel comfortable and safe!
About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats most of my life. From training puppies, to caring for older dogs who have needed round the clock medicine and care and everything in between. I have taken care of kittens/cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, you name your pet and I have probably come into contact with it at some point. I have always wanted to become a veterinarian, but life took me in other directions, so now I show my love and support for the animal community by helping people take care of their fur babies. I am currently working night shift 3 nights out of the week, but I could be available for walks or pet sitting any other time. My neighborhood is wonderful, I have plenty of nearby parks, as well as, a walking trail directly in my neighborhood. It is a very pet friendly place, with lots of other pets to interact with and also has a dog park. I usually only do healthy treats for training, but obviously will cater to whatever schedule or routine your animal needs.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Maryland Heights
I got sick and needed a walker fast. First time using Rover and I don’t think I could have had a better experience. Haley communicated her availability and regular updates, followed instructions and also didn’t force me to strain myself at all. She introduced herself to Iroh and made sure he was comfortable. 10/10, 5 star experience, would recommend, round of applause, gratuity the works for Haley.

I normally work from home, but had to travel for almost two weeks recently. My dog is my coworker and I was so worried how she would do all day without me there when my family was at work and school during the day. Thank goodness for Monica! It was so wonderful that she was able to come walk my dog at noon every day while I was away. Monica is so sweet and extremely reliable!!! She sent pictures every day of their adventures on their walks which made me smile when I was able to finally glance at my phone for that day. She also gave our cat lots of snuggles too while she was there! I will definitely reach out to her if I need to go out of town for work again and will highly recommend Monica to anyone who needs help with their pets in the future. Thank you Monica!!!! 🐾🐾🐕🐈⬛🐾🐾
