About: I’ve been taking care of pets and began learning to train since I was 9. It’s my biggest passion and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’ve cared for and trained puppies, young dogs and senior dogs. I’ve also recently accomplished training my cat how to sit and meow on command 🤭. I have two parakeets as well and grew up among other breeds such as cockatiels and love birds, so I am pretty familiar with birds as well. I understand that each pet has different care and needs depending on their breed, age, and mental/physical abilities. I’m a full time Police Dispatcher working Monday-Wednesday from 3pm-11pm and Thursday/Fridays from 7am-3pm, weekends off (usually). With set schedule, I can do one visit throughout the week and two or as many as needed throughout the weekends. In my home my dog free roams as I have trained him since he was a pup and we have that trust. Apollo has learned to be flexible with his schedules as my work hours flip flop. As long as he gets his two meals and a minimum of three thirty minute to an hour walks a day, with some play time in between, he is very much happy and mellow. In a clients home, I follow directions and asks questions to confirm how the client wants things done. If the clients has questions and wants advice on certain things, I’m always more than happy to help coach as a trainer and offer my advice 😊

About: Life is just better with animals and I love having them around! Overall, I have around 15 years of experience caring for pets through helping family, friends, and neighbors with pet sitting, check-ins, walks, feeding, and companionship in general. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is more of a passion and less like work to me. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away, and I treat every animal with the same care and attention I would give my own. I also understand the stress of trying to find the perfect sitter when you’re going out of town as I, too, have gone through it many times. That’s another reason why I decided to finally get on Rover, so I could be the dependable and loving pet sitter that folks are looking for. I do have extensive experience with both younger pets and seniors (mostly dogs and cats) and of course have a special soft spot for the older fur babies who require a gentleness that I’m very used to giving. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply having someone reliable nearby, I’m happy to provide dependable and loving care you can feel confident about. Our pets have always been treated as part of our family and the second your fur baby is in my care (via a walk, sleepover, or check-in) they will be treated like family too. I work full time but have a wonderfully flexible schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays I work from home so I get extra time to hang out with fur babies at my house and on the weekends I am also available! On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I get home from work between 4pm-5pm but can always leave earlier if need be. I love going on walks in the morning and at night (and during lunch time if I’m working from home) so if I had a pup with me and they like walks too, I’d love to add a companion to my walks!! I have a fenced in back yard and 1 indoor male cat named Pancake. My cat is very sweet (and neutered) and gets along great with other animals but we can absolutely separate if that would work best. I have no children so it’s just me, the cat, and my wonderful (animal loving) boyfriend of 9 years! We are about as stable as it gets lol. We have a couple empty bedrooms that your pet could stay in or be crated in if you prefer that they have some privacy and alone time (totally up to you but the option is there if they need quiet time). Overall though our home is pretty quiet and loving. No crazy noise - just two people and a cat who have lots of love to give other animals!

About: Hi👋 I'm Jill. I grew up on a farm and have always been around dogs & cats. I currently have two cats of my own. They were both strays and came into my life at different times. I love interacting with all types of animals. Since I can't have a dog of my own yet due to living situations, I would love to take care of yours! My sister and brother in-law have two dogs that I watch when they go out of town. One is a bigger 70 lbs Australian Shepard and the other is a smaller 10 lbs toy poodle. I hope to bring peace of mind to you and happiness & excitement to your pets. I work full time, but am available anytime on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays most weeks. 6 a.m. is the earliest I'm available and 10:30 p.m. is the latest. Availability breakdown: Sundays- Before 11 a.m. after 5:30 p.m. Mondays- After 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays- 6 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Anytime) Wednesdays- After 3:30 p.m. Thursdays- 6 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. (Anytime) Fridays- Before 8:45 a.m. after 7:30 p.m. Saturdays- 6 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Anytime) My two cats are grazers so they get fed twice a day and eat when they get hungry. They have a water fountain that circulates the water to mimick a stream. They seem to enjoy moving water better than still standing in a bowl. When I watch my sister & brother in-laws dogs I take them for walks twice a day and we play & cuddle. I work on tricks with them too. I normally use their dry food as treats if we work on tricks for a while.

During drop-ins and house sittings, I operate strictly within your home environment, following your exact household guidelines, tracking precise feeding portions, and handling daily litter box or potty routines meticulously. Dogs are kept on a secure leash at all times when outdoors. I double-check all door locks, security alarms, and property gates before leaving, and I send clear photo updates and text check-ins after every single visit to give you complete peace of mind.

About: I’ve been around dogs & cats my whole life taking care of them and I have a 3 year old and 4 month old fur baby right now! I will treat your baby like my own! When my family needs a pet sitter I’m usually the one they call! I currently work a full- time job but I am more than willing to keep your pup occupied while I’m at work if they stay with me if I do drop-ins I will do it before and after work! I do not have a yard but I am more than willing to bring your pup on walks and play fetch with them in my condo! I do have 2 female dogs that would love a friend to play with!

I own and run my own equestrian training business and with my kiddos in school, I have gap times that I'd love to fill with providing amazing care to animals in the area. About: Empathetic and caring towards pets. My first pet was a fish, named Cogi. Since then I've had a gerbil, dog (bichon frise) named Casso, and now have two cats (littermates - part maine coon - Sage & Chowder). I have enjoyed times when I volunteered with child care and senior care facilities in the past as well. Always enjoy spending time with and connecting with pets. Rarely if ever meet any pet I have difficulty connecting with. I'm currently self employed, studying for MO real estate exam & license, and often engaged in other opportunities on the side as well. However, despite my busy schedule at times, I am quite proficient at juggling tasks, maintaining physical & mental health, eating healthy, exercising when possible, and still prioritizing pet care in the midst of it all! I can bring toys, treats, food, litter or anything needed, but am not currently boarding pets at my residence. I will do everything I can to make your pet(s) feel comfortable, clean up after myself and any pet(s), and keep you informed of anything out of the normal.
