After saying goodbye to my own beloved dog of 12 years about a year and a half ago, I’m not quite ready for another full-time pet, but I love spending time with dogs and regularly care for friends’ and family’s pups. About: I took many online classes on proper safety for boarding/ daycare with multiple dogs. You want someone active and fun, who loves dogs unconditionally? I'm your gal. Walks, games, positive reinforcement training and mental exercise are all included in my time. I'm a creature of routine. My house gets up at 6am sharp. We like structure and in the dog world, you can't function without it. I used to work for a dog daycare and because I feel so strongly about the safety of dogs, I'd prefer small, safe groups over large groups that are no good for your dogs health. About: I’ve worked at Banfield pet hospital in different states, expanding my knowledge of different species from different regions. My grandmother owned a grooming business when I was a little rascal, which allowed me to be around fluffy friends all day. I work a typical day shift so my home is up and active by 6:30am every weekday and we’re on a walk before I head off to work. Evenings consist of walks before and after dinner. I allow animals to roam home as a part of their natural curiosity. I’ll have very deep conversations with my furry friends because I know for a fact they understand me, just as I do them. About: I currently work at a Dogtopia location part time, but I have had dogs, cats, and horses my entire life. I can work with any animal and take care of any animal you need me to take care of. I have also house sat for family and friends over the past few years that have dogs, chickens, cats, and horses. Im currently working part time at a doggy day care and would have more than enough time to walk, bathe, and take care of dogs either before shifts if I have an evening shift, before some of my morning shifts if I'm allowed in for early mornings, or after my shifts if I have a morning shift I have a fenced in yard and a very animal friendly dog who like to make friends with any animal he can. My dog typically comes to work with me and then hangs out and naps at home while I take care of house hold jobs.
About: Animals have been my life since I was a child. Watching my mom take care of dogs at the local shelters and every animal she had taken care of in my childhood has left wonderful memories. About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old. Neighbors always looked to me as a trustworthy caretaker. Even when I moved to a new state on my own, I was able to build a consistent clientele that could always count on me. I worked at a dog daycare/boarding center for 3 years, became certified to groom dogs, done baths, nails, walks, and stayed at people’s homes (including boats)! I am currently working on training my own dog. I begin my work day early in the morning and am done by 11:30am or 1pm, which leaves lots of time to care for your pet! About: Dogs have always been an intricate part of my life since I can remember. The bond that I build with dogs is one of a kind. I will care for your pupper as if he/she is family. I have trained all of my dogs to learn 10+ tricks and have taken care of puppies to elderly dogs that need medication. I’m attentive to all needs and we will have lots of play time, no worries there. I did have two years of rover experience as you will see in my photos but after taking a break I sadly had to create a new profile. All my dog parents were pleased and repeat customers. Even a few puppers didn’t want to leave. :) My house becomes your puppers vacation spot. I do require a house visit in my home prior to a committed booking to make sure that we all are a good fit and comfortable. I work a flexible schedule as I can make it what I want all 7days of the week. No need to worry about your pupper no getting loving attention. I have a spacious home and yard that is fenced. Your pupper will be safe and have lots of space to run and play. I am able to meet all crating needs and allow your pupper the place to have a safe doggy vacation.
About: I have been working with dogs for past 3 years in a professional environment as a kennel attendant. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes and shapes as well as cats. I know how to train basic behaviors and of course have administered medication and cared for senior and young pups. I am also experienced in exotic pet care from reptiles to small mammals. I have always had a huge love for animals and will be using Rover as a full time job to care and make sure I prioritize your animal. I always make sure the thoroughly read through care instructions and schedules for every dog and reference them as needed. Schedules and routine is imperative for every pet so their stress levels are not high as your out of town or at work

I am additionally familiar with dogs with territorial issues, as well as ones with discomfort in regards to other humans or other dogs. I have been pet sitting for the past 4 years, and I have experience with taking care of many dogs at once. I will be working part-time at a children's daycare over the summer. My hours there in June will be 1:30pm-4:45pm, and in July they will be 1:30-5pm, so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pups! I am completely free on the weekends, which opens up even more time for the best care I can provide. I will prefer to care for pets in their own home rather than mine. I am familiar and comfortable with all approaches of care, such as crating or free-roaming depending on request! I am comfortable and willing to help with play time, walks, accident clean-up, feeding, and more.
About: Hello! I have grown up around dogs my whole life! From a Shih Tzu to a Boxer to my newly adopted puppy, a Labrador Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix, Goose! I just finished getting my degree in Public Health at Lindenwood University, and I am returning back to school in the fall, so I am looking for a job for over the summer! About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and have owned and cared for dogs every step of the way. After saying goodbye to my own beloved dog of 12 years about a year and a half ago, I’m not quite ready for another full-time pet, but I love spending time with dogs and regularly care for friends’ and family’s pups. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since 2008. I taught our miniature pincer and chihuahua mix named Rosie how to sit, jump, and rollover. My present-day dog named Bunny, she is the sweetest dog in town. I’ve taught her how to low-five for treats, lay on my legs during Sunday naps, and keep to herself on walks (she’s a very social dog). Wake up, let the dog(s) out, feed them breakfast, and wipe their feet if it is muddy out. Let them out during lunch and feed them lunch, then let them out again after work (4pm). Feed them dinner, then let them out again around 9pm before bed. I work from home full-time, so these tasks are consistently met. In my own home, I stick to the schedule outlined above. In somebody else’s home, I would also stick to a schedule that has been provided by the owner.
