About: I’ve been taking care of pets and began learning to train since I was 9. It’s my biggest passion and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’ve cared for and trained puppies, young dogs and senior dogs. I’ve also recently accomplished training my cat how to sit and meow on command 🤭. I have two parakeets as well and grew up among other breeds such as cockatiels and love birds, so I am pretty familiar with birds as well. I understand that each pet has different care and needs depending on their breed, age, and mental/physical abilities. I’m a full time Police Dispatcher working Monday-Wednesday from 3pm-11pm and Thursday/Fridays from 7am-3pm, weekends off (usually). With set schedule, I can do one visit throughout the week and two or as many as needed throughout the weekends. In my home my dog free roams as I have trained him since he was a pup and we have that trust. Apollo has learned to be flexible with his schedules as my work hours flip flop. As long as he gets his two meals and a minimum of three thirty minute to an hour walks a day, with some play time in between, he is very much happy and mellow. In a clients home, I follow directions and asks questions to confirm how the client wants things done. If the clients has questions and wants advice on certain things, I’m always more than happy to help coach as a trainer and offer my advice 😊

About: I’ve always been an animal lover!! I used to work at boarding and daycare place. I also have volunteered at a couple rescues including Stray Rescue and Five Acres Animal Shelter. I am currently working a full time job and looking for part time work caring for animals. I my schedule varies from week to week but I am off every Thursday. The health, happiness, and safety of animals is my number one priority. On walks I always make sure to be aware of my surroundings and paying attention to anything that might be harmful to the animals and anything they might need on the walks.

About: Life is just better with animals and I love having them around! Overall, I have around 15 years of experience caring for pets through helping family, friends, and neighbors with pet sitting, check-ins, walks, feeding, and companionship in general. I work full time but have a wonderfully flexible schedule. Tuesdays and Thursdays I work from home so I get extra time to hang out with fur babies at my house and on the weekends I am also available! On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I get home from work between 4pm-5pm but can always leave earlier if need be. I love going on walks in the morning and at night (and during lunch time if I’m working from home) so if I had a pup with me and they like walks too, I’d love to add a companion to my walks!! I have a fenced in back yard and 1 indoor male cat named Pancake. My cat is very sweet (and neutered) and gets along great with other animals but we can absolutely separate if that would work best. I have no children so it’s just me, the cat, and my wonderful (animal loving) boyfriend of 9 years! We are about as stable as it gets lol. We have a couple empty bedrooms that your pet could stay in or be crated in if you prefer that they have some privacy and alone time (totally up to you but the option is there if they need quiet time). Overall though our home is pretty quiet and loving. No crazy noise - just two people and a cat who have lots of love to give other animals!

About: I started raising dogs at the age of 15, use to be a dog groomer so I know about nervous behavior, I have a dog of my own. I have a pretty open schedule on the weekends, after work I just chill with my dog and play with her, and spend some time with her outside. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
