“Our dog Roscoe is 4 year old rescue who is highly reactive. He is still new to us (4 months ago) and we’re working through some of his quirks. He’s doing so much better, but is skiddish of new people and not tolerant of other dogs. We don’t like to leave him alone for too long, but sometimes you just have to be out for a while. We wanted to make sure we found him a dog sitter who could accommodate his needs and be patient with him. We did a meet and greet with Alejandra and she was incredibly kind and patient. Roscoe seemed quite comfortable with her. So this week we did a test day, and it went great. Alejandra clearly loves and understands dogs, and has the patience to handle unique needs. She reached out during the day with updates and asked us if we wanted her to work on any of his training exercises with him. Great experience all around, and we’re relieved to have an option for Roscoe when we need to be away longer than he should be alone.”

“Trish was an absolute delight! She was incredibly warm and caring and clearly gave our pup a lot of love and attention. We appreciated her communication and photos throughout the day. We’re looking forward to working with her next time we’re in the area!”

“Michele was a very gracious and welcoming host. Her calm and kind manner very helpful for dog and human alike! I appreciated her flexibility when my schedule became unexpectedly complex. A great first visit!”

About: I’ve always been the “go-to” pet sitter for friends and neighbors. With my own dog 🐕 and cat 🐈 at home, I know how much they mean to you, and I’ll make sure they get plenty of love and attention while you’re away. I work from home part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of free time to dedicate to caring for pets, giving them attention, and sticking to their routines. At my home, pets enjoy plenty of space and attention! I have a large backyard for safe outdoor time, plus walking paths right next to the house for daily strolls. My 4-year-old King Charles Spaniel is the sweetest and always happy to have a furry friend around. Our 7-year-old cat mostly minds his own business—unless it’s mealtime, of course! I also have two kids, ages 11 and 5, who are gentle, respectful, and love spending time with animals. It’s a calm, loving environment where your pet will feel right at home.

“Angela and her home are a perfect fit for our dog coal! Lots of space with toys and comfortable beds and even stairs for the couch for any dog with back issues or short stature ! Her dogs are well behaved and got along great with him too! She also has a wonderful outdoor space even with a dog lounger on the deck ! Highly recommend a daycare day or overnight with Angela!”

About: My love for animals started at an early age. As a child, I constantly begged my parents for a dog. The rule was that we could only get one when every family member was old enough to help care for it. With my youngest sibling being six years younger, I had a bit of a wait – but we finally adopted our first dog when I was a teenager, and soon after, a second joined the family. That’s when my pet care journey truly began. Since then, I’ve adopted my own pets (currently have one six year-old DSH cat) and regularly help care for the pets of friends and family when they’re out of town or at work. When your pet is with me, they’ll be treated with love, respect, and personalized care – just like one of my own. Whether your fur baby enjoys walks, playtime, snuggles, or simply prefers quiet company, I’ll make sure their unique needs and preferences are always honored. I work from home full-time, which allows me the flexibility to take walks and breaks throughout the day. I’m available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30am to 6:00pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00am to 6:00pm. My schedule is flexible, so feel free to reach out if you’d like to discuss specific times. I’m located near the beach, which makes for a great walking spot but I’m also happy to stroll through the neighborhood if your dog prefers a quieter route. I have a yard where we can play fetch or run around, though it is not fenced in. Inside, there’s plenty of space for your dog to explore and relax freely. If I need to step out briefly, I prefer to use a crate for their safety – if that’s something your pet is comfortable with. I also have a six year old DSH cat. He’s friendly, but tends to keep to himself when there are others in the house so he will likely stay in a separate room by choice.

About: Hi! My name is Holly, and I recently graduated from college in May. I’ve cared for dogs of family, friends, and neighbors for years, walking, feeding, and staying overnight. I treat every pup like my own, with love, attention, and reliable care. I have experience with both cat and dog sitting, and have personally owned both, as well as a rabbit! I currently work for a marketing services agency fully-remote. I am available for overnights, and will be able to do walks in the morning, night, and during the afternoon between calls. I currently work remote at home, so I am able to do overnights and provide walks in the morning, afternoon, and at night for pups. I treat all dogs like they are my own corgi. I have loved animals my whole life and have owned my dog Finn, two cats, and a rabbit, all of which I have taken exceptional care of.

About: Hi! My name is Abby and I have been watching pets since I was a kid! My uncle next door had a dog who had 3 litters of the golden retriever mixes. I helped him raise and take care of them. In college, I was a nanny for a family with a lab and black cat. When they were out of town I took care of their pets. I nannied for a second family a few years later and babysat their golden retriever, bunny, and 2 persian cats when they would go on vacation as well. At times I would also babysit my sister’s chihuahua mix overnight. I had two cats for about 10 years.I also own three sugar gliders. I just adopted a miniature pincher mix, she is the friendliest dog and gets along with any dog or person. Pets and children are my specialty. I love all animals even if I am allergic to most of them :). I work from home mon-fri 7am-3pm. My dog gets me out of the house and if she has a friend to walk with or visit, it would be a fun playdate for her as well! I have given meds to both my cats since they are seniors. My sister’s dog had pills she had to take as well, which i would do when i babysat her. I am pretty easy going with what i need to do for who ever asks me to watch their pets because I care about what they need. I am the girl at a friends house playing with their cat and dog most of the time.

About: I grew up with a dog, have one now, and have watched friend's and family's pets for years. I'm comfortable giving dogs medicine including insulin shots. I've also gone through puppy training. I have lots of love and pets to give to your pup! We do have our own dog, Lily, who is a 3 year old Beagle and gets along with other dogs really well. Our yard is fenced in and has plenty of room to run or lounge. Dogs are allowed on the furniture/bed and even encouraged for those special snuggles. Our house is on a quiet dead-end street so there is no traffic. Since we already have a dog, fitting one more dog into our schedule is very easy. I WFH 4 days a week and have the flexibility to WFH all days when dog sitting if needed. We have a doggie door that allows dogs to go in and out to the fully fenced yard. It's easy for most dogs to learn but if your dog doesn't like it or is too big we will do regular potty breaks. We do play time in the morning at our house and walks in the afternoon and evening. For the weekends we can do morning and evening walks with lots of play time and of course naps. Safety for your dog is a top priority. Our fenced in yard also has motion sensor lighting for the night so they can always be seen. If we notice any competition over a toy or any item, we will remove it. Our dog Lily is submissive overall but sometimes gets interested in what another dog is doing. I want Lily to be happy, healthy, and safe and I extend that level of care to every dog that stays here.

“Ryan was wonderful! We had some unique circumstances as Neely just got spayed a few days ago so we wanted her to be with someone who would be home most if not all of the day as well as not have any other dogs present so she could continue to heal. Ryan was home with her all day and let her lounge around while he worked. It was exactly what she needed and gave us such peace of mind while we were gone all day! Neely came home happy and healthy so we are very pleased! I also love that he shared multiple pictures!!!”

“Bonnie, our Black Lab, had a great first visit. The big backyard was perfect. Bonnie got to do a lot of running with Eileen's dogs. We were late picking up Bonnie and Eileen was very accommodating. Mike”

“Christine was great and sent me videos and photos throughout the day. We were later than expected picking Pepper up, but Christine was very flexible and understanding. Pepper was very tired at the end of the day from all the fun she had.”

About: I have been fostering rescue dogs on and off for years. I have 2 older dogs of my own. They like other dogs but lately have been getting nervous with high energy dogs. I am also a volunteer with Missing dogs Massachusetts. Dogs in my care are loved and safe. If a dog is in my home they are treated as my own. I have a 6 year old that is obsessed with all dogs. We are just a dog loving family. I am a photographer so I am home most days and make my own schedule. My son is in school Monday Tuesday Wednesday. My husband is an early riser for pups who are as well. We have a fully fenced yard and a doggie ramp for those with short legs that can’t do stairs, these things make going out easy and frequent. Dogs are like kids to us, they need constant love and attention. I always make sure dogs are safe in my care. Because I’m a volunteer with Missing Dogs I am extra careful.

“Peter was a great fit for our dog Boomer. We had a brief meet and greet two days before Boomer's stay, which made us feel very comfortable leaving him at Peter's house. Boomer is usually reserved with new people, but took an immediate liking to Peter. He took Boomer for a nice walk, and sent pictures and videos throughout the day. We will be a repeat customer, and I would highly recommend him to others.”
