About: I have taken care of dogs of multiple sizes and breeds from the age of 8. I have always been a natural dog lover! Although newer to cats, my experience in the field of ABA has made me patient, dependable, and attentive to behavior and routines. I follow instructions carefully and provide calm, compassionate, and individualized care, no matter the population or demographic I am working with! I am currently in my masters program for applied behavior analysis, gaining my fieldwork for ABA. I have flexible hours and often have availability periodically throughout the day! If communicated prior, I am easily able to accommodate most schedules. I communicate with the owner to ensure I understand each pet’s routine, providing feeding, walks, play, or medication all as directed, as each pet has their own individual needs! My priory is to maintain attention while keeping the clients home clean and secure.

My home is very safe for animals. I live in a douplex with other family members. I have my own floor separated from all of the animals. About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I have a background in psychology, and I’m a dog trainer and a bit of a behaviorist. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it, which I started in August 2025. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. I am delicate and meticulous and believe in leaving no trace that I was there. I want my client after their time away from home and their animals to not be met with the mess that I could be leaving behind.
