“Matt and Jennifer were wonderful with our 3 year old dog, Ori. This was the first time boarding our dog outside of our own home, and with anyone outside of our extended family. We were a little nervous about boarding, as our dog wasn't especially socialized with other dogs. But Matt and Jennifer were very sensitive to this, and allowed us do a day visit where we left Ori with them for a few hours. They shared regular pictures and text updates to show us that Ori was doing fine, having a good time walking and hanging with them and the other dogs they were sitting. We ended up boarding Ori with them for 8 days, and it went great. Ori became "one of the pack", doing group walks with Matt and Jennifer's dog and the other dogs they were watching. We saw that she was getting snuggles and downtime with their daughter. We picked Ori up after her stay where it was clear she had a great week, with lots of outdoor play and exercise, and nice family time indoors. Thank you Matt and Jennifer- we will happily ask you to watch Ori again for us! :)”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 9. I’ve owned aggressive / reactive dogs, dogs who need a lot of management, sport dogs, working dogs, and other animals with special needs. My personal dogs are elderly now and need more special care and I conduct all of it. I currently work a part time job Monday-Thursday from 9-3. My weekends are generally free as well! Overall my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have a well fenced in yard and basement entirely dedicated to dogs! You can look us up at Angie’s pet care (Middleboro Mass). But our boarding dogs are allowed to be on the other floors with us (only when supervised) but someone is home majority of the day.

About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover who grew up begging for a dog. After college, I brought home my first dog—a golden retriever who was the center of my world. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all kinds: high-energy, troublemakers, dogs with medical needs, seniors, and everything in between. I’m comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines, and I truly enjoy getting to know what makes each dog unique. After meeting my husband, we added a rescue to our household and regularly help care for and babysit dogs for family and friends. After saying goodbye to my beloved Golden, our house has felt a little empty. While we’re not ready to add another full time dog, we love welcoming an extra companion to our home for short term stays! Your dog’s safety, happiness, and comfort are always my top priorities, and I can’t wait to give them the care they deserve while you’re away. I am a mom of two young children and currently at home with them and our rescue dog. I said goodbye to my senior golden last year and have missed having that extra companion. About: We have a large, very clean, and safe home with a big backyard. There are plenty of trails and sidewalks for walking around our house as well as a variety of parks nearby we can visit. I stay at home and will be available all day to supervise care for your dog(s). My three teenage kids will help provide care and are very responsible, loving, and diligent caretakers. Our own 2 small (4 lb) chihuahuas, Mocha & Lacey, are used to having other dogs around. When your dog(s) stay with us, you can be sure that they will be well loved, safe, and welcomed into the family as one of our own! We would be happy to keep you updated with pictures of your pet during his/her stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I currently stay at home and am available to care for your dog for most of the day. My husband also works from home quite a bit and helps as well. My uncle next door had a dog who had 3 litters of golden retriever mixes. I helped him raise and take care of them. In college, I was a nanny for a family with a lab and black cat. When they were out of town I took care of their pets. I nannied for a second family a few years later and babysat their golden retriever, bunny, and 2 persian cats when they would go on vacation as well. At times I would also babysit my sister’s chihuahua mix overnight. I had two cats for about 10 years.I also own two sugar gliders. I have a miniature pincher mix, she is the friendliest dog and gets along with any dog or person. Couch potato all day kind of dog but loves to go play with other dogs at the dog park. Pets and children are my specialty. I love all animals even if I am allergic to most of them :). I work from home mon-fri 7am-3pm. My dog gets me out of the house and if she has a friend to walk with or visit, it would be a fun playdate for her as well! I have given meds to both my cats since they are seniors. About: I have loved every dog I’ve ever met, no matter what they were like. My love for dogs is endless, I have owned multiple in my life and have taken care of many pets from friends and family. I’m also someone who loves to walk, no matter the weather. I would never pass up the opportunity! I would be a perfect fit for your dog 🐶!!! I am currently a college student on winter break, so my schedule is pretty open! I do have a dog of my own to take care of, but other than that I will be very likely to be able to help out you and your dog! I am not currently able to care for any pet at my own home, but I am completely able to go to your home and take care of your dog there! About: Due to my current employment situation, I have lots of schedule flexibility to suit the needs of your animals. I have been caring for dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes since I was young and have done it on a more regular basis over the past 8 years. I have grown up always having dogs and cats so I am extremely familiar with caring for animals. Even the most skeptical dogs quickly trust me for my loving nature. I am always prepared to pay full attention to any animals in my care and to respond to any challenging situations that may come up. I truly love animals and am very excited at the opportunity to help others with the care and support of their furry friends! Your pet’s day will look exactly like it does when you’re with them! I pride myself on helping dogs to keep their routines. I am happy to offer whatever enrichment activities we discuss for your pet such as car rides, dog parks, play dates etc but also understand these are not for every dog so will never do anything we didn’t explicitly clear. I am very adamant about understanding the ways you keep your pet safe at home. I am extremely cautious when coming and going. I keep an eye on all pets in yards, even when they don’t typically require this. In 15 years of dogsitting, I have only had one dog slip away from me and handled it quickly and safely.
About: I grew up with two German Shepherds, Duke and Thor. Eventually after Duke passed away we got Brie who was a "K9 drop out". My brother has a German Shepherd named Kai, my dad has a 3 legged chocolate lab, Bixby, and two cats, Socks and Olaf, that I frequently care for. I am familiar with small, medium, and large breeds. Dogs with behavioral issues, food aggression or dogs that require specific instructions. I am an early riser, I go to the gym and run before work. If you have a high energy dog, I am a good fit for you. I will make sure your pup is tired by the end of our visit. I will make sure your pet is safe by making sure there are no hazards and if we go for a walk I will keep your pet on a leash and protected against any threat. I have had many dogs off leash run up to myself and a clients dog and I always put myself in-between my clients dog and the others.
About: I am a pediatric NP which sets me apart from other sitters as I do have medical background! (Although obviously not dog specific but still helpful!) I have had a dog in my life for almost all 27 years of my life including all different ages, sizes, types & personalities! I am extremely comfortable with all dogs. I have cared for puppies within a few weeks to months old to all the way to end of life. Comfortable giving medications & caring for dogs after procedures/surgeries as well. My schedule is very flexible and I only work 3 days a week at the hospital which makes pet walking and care very easy to add to my daily life! Early morning to late night to everything in between! About: Bio is underneath but first what to expect from me when you book the following services: Dog Walk: depending on your needs and likes, I will walk your dog(s) in your neighborhood or take them somewhere else if preferred. I always carry treats, doggie baggies and extra leashes. The dog will remain leashed at all times. Pick up time can vary by about up to half an hour due to other clients prior. Drop-In visit: Food and fresh water is given, as well as toilet break. To fill agreed upon 30 minutes there will be snuggles, play time or perhaps quick brushing if desired. Client may add another 30 minutes and specify if a little walk is desired as well. If an accident occurred this will be dealt with right away and added to notes and pictures. Overnight house/pet sitting: (Day 1) 7-9am; noon check in; 5-9pm. You can expect me to give Feed and fresh wate, clean up after pets(inside and outside, please provide info on where to put doggie bags after), walk, snuggle, play with as needed or desired. Stay overnight: please let me know if you do NOT want me to stay the night. The hours above will be applied here. Otherwise provide clean bedsheets. Optional: I am happy to also bring in your mail, water plants(inside and outside) and adjust lights. For my personal assessment please provide a list of those tasks as well as any other pets that may need caring for. BIO I have been a pet owner since I was a kid and have always been helping neighbors with their pets by walking their dogs for the elderly neighbors, caring for bunnies or cats and helping brush horses and moving them to pasture in my neighborhood growing up in Germany. I have been a dog, cat, and chicken owner for a while, and we even have a rabbit, and adopted a leopard gecko at some point. I am also a wife, mom of 4 kids and enjoy home making/ and a lot of home steading here on our micro farm. Staying at home and being available to my kids is priority. I am luckily they share my love for animals. I am a long time U.S. resident (since 2007), and have been raised in Germany. My English is fluent, and I have been told that I don't have an accent anymore, so communicate is definitely not an issue. “Matt and Jennifer were wonderful with our 3 year old dog, Ori. This was the first time boarding our dog outside of our own home, and with anyone outside of our extended family. We were a little nervous about boarding, as our dog wasn't especially socialized with other dogs. But Matt and Jennifer were very sensitive to this, and allowed us do a day visit where we left Ori with them for a few hours. They shared regular pictures and text updates to show us that Ori was doing fine, having a good time walking and hanging with them and the other dogs they were sitting. We ended up boarding Ori with them for 8 days, and it went great. Ori became "one of the pack", doing group walks with Matt and Jennifer's dog and the other dogs they were watching. We saw that she was getting snuggles and downtime with their daughter. We picked Ori up after her stay where it was clear she had a great week, with lots of outdoor play and exercise, and nice family time indoors. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs and cats since I was 9. I’ve owned aggressive / reactive dogs, dogs who need a lot of management, sport dogs, working dogs, and other animals with special needs. My personal dogs are elderly now and need more special care and I conduct all of it. I currently work a part time job Monday-Thursday from 9-3. My weekends are generally free as well! Overall my schedule is incredibly flexible. I have a well fenced in yard and basement entirely dedicated to dogs! You can look us up at Angie’s pet care (Middleboro Mass). But our boarding dogs are allowed to be on the other floors with us (only when supervised) but someone is home majority of the day.
