About: Dogs have always been in my life. Since I was a kid, I would pet sit my neighbors’ dogs when they went out of town. When I grew-up and had roommates, I would joyfully watch their pups when ever they needed. I’m a mom to two very friendly coonhounds (7 and 5 yrs old) who love other dogs and kids. I enjoy taking them for long walks, to the dog park (which is a 30 second saunter down the street from my house), and hiking in the mountains. I raised both my girls from puppies and recently nursed my oldest dog through cancer treatments. I am happy to take care of dogs young and old, small and large, healthy and sick. I am diligent, caring, and responsible. I look forward to meeting your best friend! I am at home during the week except on Thursdays, so I can watch your pup at my house and take them for walks around the neighborhood or to the dog park. I have a fenced in backyard. Your dog would have to get along with mine for a house visit, but both my dogs are passive, love dogs of all ages (including puppies!) and sizes (my boyfriend has a Chihuahua), are well socialized (they have tons of dog friends, go to the dog park and been to doggie daycare). I am also available evenings and weekends to walk your dog in your neighborhood and to watch dogs boarded overnight at your house or mine. Before booking a house stay, we can do a meet-up to make sure our pups get along! The dog park is down the street, so it’s easy neutral ground before a house tour.

About: I've had dogs all my life and I'm ready to help someone enrich the life of their little (or big) fur baby with visits, walks, and treats (of course). I am comfortable around all sizes and breeds of dogs and I don't mind a snuggler or high energy dogs. I currently have two senior dogs so I am also familiar with medications and senior needs. I'm available for drop in visits or walks anytime except Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 - 12 AM. I have the flexibility of caring for puppies, providing some training and frequent potty breaks as well as playtime opportunities to socialize and lots of love. I’m currently working part time time so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I have 3-4 walks built into my schedule every day between my dogs and my regular clientele. It will be easy to accommodate the energy of a variety of breeds. I often board dogs from multiple families concurrently, so I have separate areas for meal time in order to keep feeding time safe. I also supervise play time to ensure a safe fun stay. Lastly, my dogs are kept separate in my room when I leave my house and if needed or requested I own a crate for larger breeds. I am self employed and able to make my own schedule. This allows me to accommodate a variety of needs that my clients may have. At my current residence, I have a fenced in back yard to allow for safe off leash exploration. I also, as mentioned, provide separate eating areas, to ensure a safe environment during mealtime.

About: I was a dog owner for 13 amazing years. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to my best friend about seven years ago. Since then, I have found great comfort in caring for others' pets to the best of my ability. I believe in allowing dogs to spend as much time outside as possible through long walks and play sessions in the yard. I also believe that a dog needs mental stimulation in order to be happy, so, if you'd like, I can work with your dog on basic obedience skills and even try and teach them a trick or two! But most importantly, I know dogs need love. Obviously I can't replace you, but I can give them lots of affection until you get home. I make a point to take a walk every day, usually around lunch or right after work (my worst day ends at 4pm) and I'd love to bring your friend along with me! I love being able to spend lots of quality time with your pets when you're away, with lots of cuddles and play time, and maybe a few treats!
