About: My family has a history of adopting older dogs and rescues with health and behavioral problems, so I have lots of experience with senior dogs and dogs who need extra care and attention. About: Hey there I'm Cindy, I've raised and trained show dogs and household pets since 1995. I even built my life around staying home for the dogs. I have also been a source of care for neighbors, friends and Airbnb guests. I have a fenced yard with an additional dog run, grass, smooth pebble and even sand. Plenty of trees for shade and a covered patio. The dogs will have indoor/outdoor access and crates for eating and time out. I look forward to helping you and your fur babies. I currently work form home, occasionally leave the house for shopping and errands. I have plenty of time to give your babies plenty of love and attention. I currently feed and care for six semi-feral backyard cats, so I'm comfortable with animals of all temperaments. Reliable, patient, and happy to follow your pet's routine exactly. I've also hiked Spain's Camino del Norte and run a small hiking YouTube channel (Dundee Hikes). I am retired, my days are flexible and built around staying active — morning yoga, daily walks or hikes, and plenty of time at home. Pet care fits naturally into that: I'm around most of the day for walks, playtime, feeding, and company, and I can adapt to your pet's existing routine. I will take clear and concise notes and follow your pet's routine exactly. I will care for them like they are my own and be respectful of your property.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, I’ve watched big dogs like pit bulls to tiny little shi tzu’s. While I don’t have professional experience, I know a lot about dogs and I’m very gentle and tending to an owners needs. I’ve been trusted by many family members to watch and walk their dogs and have received nothing but positive feedback. I truly have a heart for dogs and am motivated to make them happy. I’m working part time due to my full time college schedule, so I have a lot of time to walk dogs or pet sit them while you are away at work! I’m looking to make some extra money to afford studying dental hygiene at UNM. I get out of class at about 2:30pm every weekday, and after that I’m free. I live in an apartment with many huge grass patches for dogs to run around, along with a dog park on the property. I also have a patio for them to play, and a huge crate for my own dog which any dog could use if needed. I’m very good with instructions, because I’m picky myself when finding a dog sitter.

When my daughter was moving back from Alabama to New Mexico, I took care of her cat and dog for about 3 weeks. I fed them, walked her dog and gave them plenty of love until she returned. I am fully vaccinated for Covid. My schedule fluctuates because I have a part time job and the hours vary. So, we can talk about the schedule prior to booking. I would love to take care of your fur babies because I would treat them like my grand babies like my daughters babies and give lots of loving and care while you are away. My daughters fur babies & their personalities: She cat and a dog. Tucker is the most laid back cat you will ever meet. You can literally carry him like a baby. He is great for introducing dogs that have never met cats before. **Please be mindful though, if your dog does not like cats. Please please please let me know that when you message me.* Yoshi is the only dog. Yoshi is a Shiba Inu who loves loves loves to play! I got Yoshi about 6 years ago. My pets are fully vaccinated and gets flee medication once a month. He is neutered. Yoshi, is a Shiba and if you know anything about Shiba's they can have temperamental personalities. Yoshi gets along with other dogs but on his time. He does not like over dominate/ over aggressive dogs. If your dog displays that, please be mindful, honest and upfront about the dynamics. Your animals are top priority when it comes to safety as well as my daughter animals. Cancellation Policy: If you book a stay with me. You will have 3-days before the start of the stay to cancel to get a full refund. If you cancel after the 3-days, you will be refunded 50% of the stay. The the 3-day policy in place, because I value your time and mine as well. I understand when unforeseen things happen. When I commit to booking with you, I decline all other bookings if the other booking dates conflict with your booking date to ensure that your animals will receive the best care. If you cancel after, I will not be able to recover from the other bookings in a short time span. “Heaven is just wonderful! When we did our meet and greet, I found that she had read both of my big dogs' profiles. She asked relevant questions about each dog's health and medical needs. She came wearing a small bell so that my blind dog would know where she was--so smart and thoughtful! Upon successive drop in visits, she made sure to follow all directions, gave each dog individual attention and belly rubs (which they loved!) and also made sure they had a backyard visit. She sent pictures and notes following each visit. It is very obvious that Heaven has dog experience and takes their care seriously. I am looking forward to using her services in the future and feel very happy to have found her!”

Pet care fits in well with my daily and weekly routine. I love being outdoors getting fresh air and exercise and enjoy playing with dogs. I love playing with cats, kittens and puppies too.
