Isabel took care of my cat when I had to leave town for a couple weeks not long after I adopted her; it was a huge relief to me to have someone like her watching my Sweet Bean! She was fantastic about making sure Bean had lots of playtime, and I was impressed with the variety of play, you can tell she is knowledgeable about what cats need for healthy enrichment :) She also frequently sent updates with photos and info about how Bean was doing. Isabel was a lovely, caring and professional person to work with, highly recommend to anyone who needs good quality care for their fur babies!
