About: I've been petsitting since 2012, including dogs, cats, exotic birds, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs. I am experienced with special needs animals, elderlies, and those recovering from surgery. I've completed over 100 volunteer hours walking shelter dogs. I am comfortable working with some behavioral challenges. Helping out with pets is my favorite thing to do! Outside the home or your fenced yard, dogs will be on-leash and distanced from other animals and people. I do not mix animals from different homes.

About: Hello! I’m Marcella A and I’m currently going to cnm, majoring in veterinary medicine. My passion is to be a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. This volunteer work at my job shadow (on resume) has given me hands-on experience handling different animal breeds and understanding the deep emotional bond between pets and their owners. I observed a cat surgery, the importance of aftercare and recovery. I’ve studied a Certified Veterinary Technologies performing a venipuncture safely. Growing up I had a lot of animals ranging from snakes, gerbils, hamsters, birds to cats and dogs. In a sense it taught me a lot of responsibility at a young age. I’ve had years of experience understanding the right diet/nutrition, structured hygienic health, behavioral patterns/management and medication needed for fuzzy friends! Currently I have OPEN availability! No furry companion is too big or too small to provide dietary/nutritional feeding times, potty breaks, midday check-ins, local dog walks, structured hygiene, health tracking & emergency preparedness! About: Before college, I was the primary caregiver for my family’s dog, Max—handling everything from daily walks and feeding to bathing, training, and playtime tailored to his pace and personality. That hands-on experience taught me how to read a dog’s needs and build trust through consistency and care. I’ve also cared for multiple pets through prior sitting experiences, including three dogs of different sizes and three cats, so I’m comfortable adapting to a variety of temperaments, routines, and energy levels. While in college, I’ve continued growing my experience by volunteering with a local shelter’s Doggy Day Out program, taking dogs on walks, hikes, and special outings to give them enrichment and a break from the shelter environment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to care for pets with patience, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm. I am currently a student at UNM and working part time, so my evenings are relatively free during the week. About: I’ve been a pet owner all my life, not only have I cared/owned dogs, but cats and reptiles too! I love all animals and have cared for special needs and elderly dogs. I am currently working part time in the Army and I’m a full time college student. The flexibility with my schedule leaves me with a lot of availability for your fur babies! I specialize in house sittings so that your pup is still comfortable and in a familiar environment. I have no problem tending to your pups day to day schedule and needs. This of course includes, walks, specific dinner times, and whatever other needs your dog may have. I only take one sitting at a time to ensure your pups receive my undivided attention and pristine service!

About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away.
