She sent many pictures with each visit, we adored all of them! Eilidh communicates quickly to messages, is responsible and easy going. “Sadie did an excellent job doing drop in visits for our cat Pixie while we were away for a couple days. She was always on time and followed our instructions to a T. While we’re away our cat gets stressed and sometimes becomes finicky with eating. Sadie took the time to wait with her and made extra effort to coax her into eating more which we really appreciated. Sadie administered insulin and an oral steroid for our cat no problem. I would definitely recommend Sadie if you’re looking for a sitter with medication administration experience or in general.”

About: I am a current volunteer at my local animal, shelter, where I assist in the daily care, medicating, feeding, playing, and walking of dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes. I have cared for dogs from three months to 16 years old, and cats from three months to 22 years old. I am comfortable administering medications of all kinds to both cats and dogs, and I’m not afraid of a challenge when it comes to taking care of a pet. I am usually out of work by 2pm every day and willing to spend a large part of my afternoon caring for pets. On the weekend I am usually free at all times. I treat my cats like my kids and they get the royal treatment, and I would do the same for anyone else’s pets as well. I make sure every pet I’m visiting gets however much love and attention they are comfortable with or that they want.

About: I have a special love for pets of all species! As a registered behavior technician by day, I have a unique availability to let pets out mid-day. I have a calming presence but love to play and can help your pets use up some of that energy! I am available early morning, afternoon, and all through the night if need be! Just reach out and I’m sure we can find something that works for your needs! I am great at following directions, even when your pet won’t cooperate right away. I’m patient and will take the time needed to build trust with your pet. As a pet owner myself, I know the signs of unease to look out for and when a situation may be dangerous or life-threatening for your fur-friend.

About: I am currently a dog groomer assistant. I have previously volunteered with Packleaders Rescue of Connecticut,I have volunteered at a dog kennel,volunteer for the mspca and have owned dogs all my life. I love dogs and treat them like they are family. It is important to me that a dog is taken care of properly because they are man's best friend. Whether a dog is a newborn puppy or a senior citizen,they all want one thing:to be loved and cared for.I have owned big and small dogs as well as young and old dogs. I do dog visits and walks in the afternoon. When someone has a busy schedule I can make sure their furry friend is taken care of. About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid. Pretty comfortable with all types of dogs and ages. Worked at groomers/doggy daycare. And I’ve given meds like insulin to certain animals. Weekends are available for walks as well as drop ins! It would be greatly appreciated to get a quick heads up before I go over! I feed my animals morning and night…and snacks during the day. Whatever meds they need I’ll give it to them via oral or injectable. And if they need a bath they’re getting cleaned!
