“Mimi seemed just fine when we got home last night. Quinn sent daily photos which were nice to see while we were away and missing her. We were grateful that she hadn't shredded the sofa or the carpet, or anything. And Quinn mucked out the litter box, which wasn't on my Rover list, so thanks for that! The house key was right where I asked that it be left. Besides being available over the holiday weekend, Quinn was very accommodating for times and for meet-and-greet. I hope she'll be available to sit for Mimi in the future.”

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.

About: Ever since I can remember there's been a dog in the house. From English Mastiffs to Cava-poos, Boxers to Golden-doodles-I've had my fair share of caring for gentle giants and forever puppies. I currently have a doodle as well as a tabby cat, and yes, I do consider them as my children. I'm comfortable with any breed, and will always ensure they get the best care while you're away! While I do work full-time, I follow teacher hours and am fortunately out by about 3 PM. This will give me the afternoons/evenings free for play and dinner time. For the pups, I'll be able to bring them for a walk, to play fetch, cuddle up on the couch, etc. In your home, I will abide by your guidelines to a T-whether that involves a strict eating/bathroom-ing schedule, administering medications, exercise routines, crate-training, etc. I am a very clean person and do not mind washing bowls or vacuuming some fur whenever necessary.

About: I have been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life and have always been involved with there upbringing and care , Whether we’re taking walks in the woods playing in the back or just hanging on the couch cuddling and watching a movie they have always been treated like part of our family and yours will be too. I currently work part time from 10:30-5 3 days a week so I’m available to help with your animals before work or right after work I can also pet sit in my home and they would have free range of our house Our pets in our home have always been free to do what they please our house is wide open with a fenced in back yard that has a screen door that they can access to go out when they please .

About: I volunteer at my local animal shelter and I am great with both dogs and cats. I grew up with my cat, Hepsiba, born before me who died when I was nearly 20 years of age. We were best friends before I knew what that was. Then at the age of 12 or so, my parents adopted 2 English cocker spaniels, brother and sister. Robbie and Flora. So I was taking care of three pets. Then I raised Bruce, a rescued black lab mix from August 2013 until 2025 with some breaks for the US Army. And I taught him very well; he passed in June 2025 but he will always be my companion at my side. For some time I carried him, 120 lbs, up and down flights of stairs. Sometimes from here to there, carefully, comfortably, gingerly. I have a background in psychology, and I’m a dog trainer and a bit of a behaviorist. I’ve taken care of pets for family members and friends. And did so professionally in the past prior to Rover, after friends got me into it, which I started in August 2025. I’m great with animals. After spending even just a short time with them we can often establish a connection or rapport, especially when training a younger pet (or caring for an older dog). I enjoy taking dogs for long walks, I could run with your dog, play with them, but mostly we’ll be doing what they want - within reason. I will basically be spending the entire time with your pets. We’ll wake up between five to eight in the morning, and we’ll go bed between eight and eleven at night. I’ll be up with them as they need and we’ll be in and out much more than is required. I am delicate and meticulous and believe in leaving no trace that I was there. I want my client after their time away from home and their animals to not be met with the mess that I could be leaving behind. I am committed to performing an act of cleaning based on the tools available.

About: I’ve always loved animals and genuinely enjoy spending time with them. I’m caring, patient, responsible, and will treat every pet like they’re my own. I’ll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and get plenty of attention while in my care. I am currently enrolled in an automotive program! I am looking for a job where I can temporarily make my own schedule. I am available most days after 3:30pm, depending on location. I have availability everyday except sundays. My home is very safe for animals. I live in a douplex with other family members. I have my own floor separated from all of the animals. I live in a neighborhood where I can walk them, and I am very close to a nice walking trail as well! I do live on the third floor so animals with bad hips may not be a good fit!

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life: dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, you name it! My smallest dog ever was a chihuahua and my largest is a cane corso. My home was also a foster home and we had many litters of puppies and kittens come through on their way to their forever families! I work full time so I am primarily available on weekends, but I do work from home once a week if you need a last minute walk or check in on a pet! I'm used to friendly pets or those who need more space. I can handle it all and will communicate all updates to you quickly. I have early and evening availability until mid-August and then open availability. I'm happy to do early early mornings or later nights, and have a vehicle so can get wherever you need. I've been a house-sitter for years and respect your space immensely!
