“So happy to have left our Dog with Deb while away, she reached out to notify me she had a cancelation and could take out dog which really saved us in a pinch!!! Her house and yard were so much better for him than having to board in a typical crate/kennel setting!!! She obviously loves dogs and took great care of our dogs!!! She was flexible with us and we will definitely be using her again!!! Highly recommended!!”

I currently work part time from 10:30-5 3 days a week so I’m available to help with your animals before work or right after work I can also pet sit in my home and they would have free range of our house Our pets in our home have always been free to do what they please our house is wide open with a fenced in back yard that has a screen door that they can access to go out when they please .
“Rebekah and her adorable daughters greeted Sedge with enthusiasm and smiles. They took care to make him comfortable in the new environment, and he spent a lot of time in his happy place...the outdoors! Thanks for providing him a welcoming and loving place to visit.”

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3 years old, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands on experience with large breeds and am confident handling bigger dogs with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort, and attentive care as they age. I put a lot of love and care into every pet I watch. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry baby, so I treat every dog as if they were my own. Making sure they feel safe, loved, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule where I work from home somedays. My partner also works 5 minutes from our house and is able to help with potty breaks during the day. We spend a lot of time in our yard or walking the canal in nice days and would love a wagging tail to join us. We have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood to go on walks. We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a full finished basement perfect for any size dog to enjoy!
“Seonmin is very responsive and sent photos and videos daily to me even without me asking! Lucky was so happy staying with her family and felt like he was home which even made me a little bit jealous, cuz Lucky really loves Seonmin’s husband! I definitely will come back to her again whenever I need to board Lucky again!”

About: Had a 5 month old pup at aged 9 (also had a dominant cat) taught her basics and more over time until she needed medication due to her old age. Looked after friends senior dog which needed meds with food and their other dog that had special dietary needs including medication 3 times a day. House and dog&cat sat for friends that would go away to France for a long weekends I have plenty of time to give care and attention. I am not working at the moment and in between job maybe this is my calling we have a lot of space in the home and in the yard. We do not have any of our own pets yet, but we are talking a lot about them. We have a large 4ft fenced in grass yard and a large basement to allow for off leash freedom to play regardless of weather. Over the back fence we have active cranberry bogs with loads of open space and smells perfect for long walks. I am a fast walker and happy to cover 3-5 miles on a walk. Any fur-babies that need to stay overnight will be looked after like they are my own. I’ll send lots of pictures and make sure your pet is comfortable with as much attention as it needs.
“Jen and Jon were wonderful sitters for our dog. This was the first time leaving her with a sitter and they made me feel very comfortable. I could tell Tootsie was well taken care of and receiving lots of love with each daily update. Drop off and pick up was easy and Jen responded quickly to any questions I had.”

“Jennifer and Mark were extremely helpful and accommodating. They treated us with the utmost respect and kindness, always with my dog's care being the main focus. If you need to have someone watch your dog, you will be leaving them in very capable hands. It's evident that the care of their own dogs also extended to your dog. Highly, highly recommended!!”
“If I could give more stars, I would! Shatane and her family are truly wonderful people. They treated Ziggy and me with respect and showed Ziggy love and attention every day during his 3-day stay this week. I would definitely recommend Shatane—excellent communication, with plenty of updates, pictures, and videos.”

“We had the opportunity to go to Italy for 3 weeks leaving from Boston. We are not local here so looked at Rover to see if could find a sitter for our baby boy Bodee. Luckily I found Austin! He’s amazing, kind, trustworthy and great with Bo. He kept us updated daily with messages and photos. He took incredible care of Bodee even gave him a bath! Altho he was happy to see us I could tell he’d have no problem going to stay and play with Austin again! Thank you Austin for taking such great care of our boy. You are awesome and the pups in the MA area are lucky to have you as an option!”

“Taylor and Tyler took amazing care of our dog Darcy! She had a lot of fun, and was in high spirits at pickup time. It was also really nice to get updates and photos from Taylor & Tyler during her stay. We'll definitely be back next time we're visiting the area. Thanks!”

“Jacqueline was wonderful with both of our dogs! She treated them like family, sent pics and videos and provided great care. Not having to worry about our fur babies made our trip even better. Her home is super dog friendly including a safe and spacious fenced in yard. I recommend Jacqueline and plan on using her dog hospitality and for my dogs again in the future. Superb!”

“My babies were so well cared for and loved by this family. I can’t say enough good things. If you want your fur babies to be treated like family Alysia is the way to go.”

Many sitters in MA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
