I also live right across from the canal and it’s my favorite walking area to do. I love dogs and see them as if they were a child and love them as if they were my own. About: My life has included dogs for as long I can remember and I have always seemed to read them intuitively, including “problem dogs” that others have difficulty interacting with. I have extensive personal dog handling and grooming experience over the past 25 years and have owned up to 6 dogs at a time. I currently have a 10 year old Chihuahua-mix named Kitty but I have experience training and caring for Border Collies, American Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Irish Terriers, Wire Fox Terriers, Poodle mixes, Great Danes, and a Wolf-German Shepherd hybrid. I am knowledgeable about canine body language and how to remain calm around anxious/fearful/aggressive dogs as well as how to redirect dogs from potential conflicts. I own and operate an event-services business which runs primarily on the weekends, allowing me to offer dog care Monday through Friday and on certain weekends as available. I am able to care for dogs according to their owner’s needs and requests. This may include administering medication, changing diapers, feeding, walking or just spending time with.

About: I have 45 years experience training and caring for dogs and other animals. I worked 17 years in animal control. I owned a pet store for 8 years. I have cpr training for dogs. I am a retired animal control officer who loves spending time with all animals. I also run, hike and walk daily if your dog is energetic.I visit my mother in a memory care facility and would gladly bring a well behaved pup for lots of love if you are comfortable with this. I have a fenced yard. I will play, walk and spend quality time with your dog. I can hike or run with your dog too if they enjoy this.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and love all animals. I grew up with dogs and have had cats since moving into my own apartment. I love spending time with animals, walking and playing with them and would be so excited to care for your pets. I work in a restaurant so I have a flexible schedule and work non-traditional hours which makes it easier for me to visit animals during the weekdays when others may be busier with work. I also don’t mind last minute requests for walks or drop in visits for feedings! Although I cannot board animals at my apartment, I am open to caring for pets in their homes, making sure that they are safe and comfortable, feeding them, walking them, playing with them, and giving them lots of pats and love!

We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a fully finished basement with mini splits and air circulation system, perfect for any size dog to enjoy!
