I am often called upon to dogsit when family & friends go out of town, I have lots of experience house/dog sitting and when the owners return they always are impressed with how their dog and home were taken care of. I have a rescue dog named Finley who is my whole world so you can rest assured I will treat your dog as my own and spoil them with lots of cuddles and belly rubs. I’m a teacher so weekends I’m always free and am usually always with my dog. I’m available most afternoons for drop in visits or to take your dog for a walk. Summers are also a time when I am completely free and would love to be able to care for your dog(s) while you enjoy a summer vacation! I have a fenced in backyard and a very friendly hound mix dog to keep your dog company. She loves to play and wants to be friends with every dog we meet. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

About: There has been at least one cat in my home my entire life—I'm about to turn 31, so that’s saying something. Dogs are great, but cats have always had my heart. Right now, I have two 10-year-old cats who I've had since they were 8 weeks old. At one point, I had four cats, including two seniors—one I rescued from euthanasia, and another who had been abandoned. My home has kind of become the “catch-all” for cats. Whether it’s a short stay or a visit that somehow turns into forever, there’s always a place here for them.

For over 35 years, with the help of my adult children Marc & Lauren, we have been taking care of Cats, Dogs, chickens and exotic pets in Bourne . We have a pet friendly home on almost an acre, with a separate area for small pups .For 15 years I Have had the pleasure of Working part time at Leach animal Hospital In Mashpee . We can promise a safe fun environment. Dogs have access to the outside areas at all times during the day. We recommend bringing their own bed . No toys or bowls necessary we have plenty . We do have quite a few regular repeats . Thurs and Fridays I offer a drop off day/play group beneficial for puppy’s. Drop off between 10-4 limited to 4 puppies . Socializing and basic training included.....Who wants to start their new puppy on the right track to become a calm well socialized member of your family. About: Hi there! My husband and I are the ultimate dog people. We both grew up with dogs and have been caring for them on and off Rover for years! We took a break from this app as we had a couple of regular pup clients but we are back and eager to meet yours!!! We have been caring for dogs for over 25 years. We are very active and we love hikes in the state forest or long walks on the trails of Pinehills, Hedges Park, Plymouth Long Beach, and the canal. We live 2 houses down from Bloody Pond if your pup enjoys swimming!! We have a mellow 3 year old boxer named Polly. She is such a little love, more mellow than your typical 3 year old boxer, is great with all dogs, and can often be found sun bathing on our back patio. Although not completely fenced in, we have a tie out run and live on a dead end street. We both have very flexible schedules which makes for great availability. We will always do our best to accommodate requests! Drop ins and dog boarding are mostly what we do but don’t hesitate to reach out re: dog walking and house sitting. Please note, meet and greets are required for all dog boarding and house sitting requests. Our yard is 3/4s fenced in and we live on a dead end. Dogs are NEVER off leash without owner permission and our full trust in the pup.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was 3 years old, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I have hands on experience with large breeds and am confident handling bigger dogs with different energy levels. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and understand the importance of patience, comfort as they age. I put a lot of love and care into every pet I watch. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby, so I treat every dog as if they were my own. Making sure they feel safe, loved, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I currently work full time but have a flexible schedule where I work from home somedays. My partner also works 5 minutes from our house and is able to help with potty breaks during the day. We spend a lot of time in our yard or walking the canal on nice days and would love a wagging tail to join us. We have a fenced in yard and live in a quiet neighborhood to go on walks. We love to go to the canal and spend time outside. We have a fully finished basement with mini splits and air circulation system, perfect for any size dog to enjoy!

About: I have only watched dogs a couple of times. I had a dog growing up, but mainly cats. I am definitely more of a cat lover, but I’m trying to give dogs a chance! I have a retail job that has a sporadic schedule. I am just looking for a side gig for every now and then. About: I am a Certified Veterinary Technician with a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Technology. I have been a Vet Tech for over 6 years now, working in Emergency and Critical Care. Prior to this, my love for animals started when I was very young. I knew from the beginning I wanted to work with animals in some capacity. I grew up with dogs, cats, hamster, turtles and rabbits, so I am comfortable sitting for a variety of species. I just moved to the area and not starting work until a few weeks after the new year. My schedule from now until then is pretty free, but once I know my work schedule I will update my profile accordingly. I have a yard that is 3/4 of the way fenced in currently. I love taking care of anything that barks, meows, squawks, slithers any anything in between. As my own pets I have had dogs, a rabbit, chickens and a chameleon. I started off by fostering for a local adoption program and moved on to pet care in my own home and others. I have taken care of 12 week old puppies up to older pups needing special geriatric care. My dogs are family members in my house and I will treat yours no differently. I will be sure to get details from you if there are any behaviors you are working on with your pet to ensure I don't interfere and hopefully enhance any training you are working on with your pet. I truly take pleasure helping pet owner who care enough to seek out good care for their pets. *For the comfort of my older dog Roscoe and some of our more timid guests, I generally stick to dogs under 30 pounds unless they are older or particularly calm. He had a bad experience with a German Shepherd off leash on an walk and is a little nervous around bigger dogs now. I am home all day and I'm not glued to my computer but I do have an occasional virtual meeting that requires my attention. If your pup has accidents or gets into other trouble when unsupervised please let me know ahead of time so I can make sure they are in a comfortable safe space or supervised if I have a meeting. Your pup will never be alone for it any extended period of time, and between me and my husband it's likely they will ever be alone at all. We have lots of baby gates and room for them to have their own space if they need a break from my dogs. I have an older chihuahua mix and a young Aussiedoodle, both socialized and respectful of other pups (the doodle is a bit excited when meeting new people and fur friends, but she adjusts quickly.) They will be excited to meet new friends but if your pup prefers to be left alone, they will not bother them after the initial excitement wears off. We have a fully fenced secure yard not exposed to the front or foot traffic at all. We are very careful to follow all order from owners especially when it comes to behavior and diet to ensure that your pup is safe and comfortable while they are staying with us. We are so excited to meet you and your fur friend! I work from home and have a fairly flexible schedule with a few meetings scheduled here in there. With two of my own we are on a pretty regular walking schedule and they definitely keep me informed of when dinner time is getting close when the weather warms up we definitely spend a lot of time outside in the fenced in yard but they are never left unsupervised outside. We have a fully fenced in yard and a nice covered deck, where they can enjoy some shade in the summer. We also have plenty of baby gates to give any pup that would like a little extra space some space to relax. Our little girl is happy to play with anybody that will play with her, but is also very used to her big brother who will certainly let her know when he’s not feeling playful.

I love dogs and they bring so much joy to everyone’s lives, so I’m happy to help out a doggy family when I can! I am 27 years old and a first grade teacher. I am free after 6 o’clock on weekdays as I tutor after school but weekends I am typically available for the entire day. About: I have had dogs my entire life and they are truly the best thing to ever happen to me. I am often called upon to dogsit when family & friends go out of town, I have lots of experience house/dog sitting and when the owners return they always are impressed with how their dog and home were taken care of. In my care, pets are leashed unless they are in a secure, fenced area. I take the time to understand each animal is an individual who has unique needs.
