“Sydney was absolutely amazing house sitting for our dog and cat! We have a high energy, 65 lb cane corso, husky, German Shepard mix and a very social cat. She really took time to make sure our dog Alice got the attention and exercise she needed. Even extending her walks when Alice was being a little stubborn about heading back home! She sent many updates and pictures and videos while we were gone. Sydney stuck to the routine we have in place and made sure both animals got the attention they needed! Alice can be nervous with new people at first but Sydney was patient and made sure she was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend her for your rover needs!”

About: My long history of taking care of dogs started with my wonderful and energetic Airedale terrier in my teens and twenties, and continues as a dedicated uncle to my sister’s 4 dogs (yes 4!). I am the guy my friends consistently ask to pet sit when they leave town. Karina was AMAZING! This was our first time leaving Elka alone for two weeks. Karina gave us peace of mind from the minute. Elka saw her. Casey was so good with our dog Kylo. Kylo is a "special needs" dog; Casey understood this and took the right approach working with Kylo. He stayed at our place for 10 days taking care of Kylo; he took him on his regular walks, played ball with him and also started watching daily movies with him :) Casey kept the house very clean!! We are so happy to have come across Casey as is our baby Kylo. We will always use Casey in the future as and when required and of course based on his availability. There is NOTHING like knowing that your family member is being taken care of, such that you have one huge worry of your head when traveling.
I'm so grateful to have found Chris as a sitter for my dog Kinako. Chris showed incredible patience and really took the time to engage with him. It was clear Chris genuinely enjoyed spending time with Kinako - not just going through the motions, but actually playing and making sure he was comfortable and happy. What impressed me most was how patient Chris was with Kinako's personality and needs. Chris didn't rush the sitting session but instead focused on building a connection with him. Kinako seemed relaxed and content when I returned, which tells me everything I need to know about the quality of care he received. We were lucky to get Michelle when we had to be out of town but our cat was in a cone and recovering with stitches. I felt much better being away knowing my pet was with a trained vet tech - whew! Michelle kept me posted on details I needed, and my cat, who is normally elusive to strangers, warmed up to her quite well. I came home and found everything as it should be. Will use her again!
Sarina house / dog sat for us and was fantastic with our dog Roti!! She’s very detail oriented, considerate, and experienced with animals.
