Working remotely gives me a super flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time at home with your furry friends! About: Hi, my name is James “Pete” Peedin. Growing up with Labs, Pekingese, Pugs, and Boykin Spaniels, I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life. Because my family used to breed puppies, I’m well versed in handling high-energy young dogs, crate routines, and basic training. I also have direct experience with senior dog care, from accommodating slower paces to supporting mobility needs. Whether your pet is an energetic puppy or a gentle senior needing extra TLC, I’ll provide attentive, reliable care tailored to their stage of life. I work remotely so I can be very flexible with my schedule. I can make same day adjustments to best suit pet needs. I just may need a few hours in advance from time to time but I can be readily available most days. I treat your home and pets with the utmost respect, keeping routines consistent so your dog feels safe and comfortable. I follow your exact instructions for feeding, walking, and house rules. Beyond basic care, I keep your home secure, clean, and well-maintained while you’re away, sending frequent photo and video updates so you have full peace of mind.

About: Reliable and detailed oriented! I will get to know their personal needs , personality, and what works for them! Your pets second favorite human lol I am a body piercer. I work 10 minutes away from my home. I have a set time to take my puppy out as he is still going through potty training My apartment is pretty open for the fur babies to room around and I have a small fur baby of my own that can play with! There is a big area of grass around my complex where they can go potty and play and a dog park right up the street.

About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

Because they are seniors, they cannot hear very well anymore. They are very gentle, and a little shy but friendly. 💖Your pets will find a peaceful, patient, and understanding environment here. Whether your pet is staying at our house or we need to drop by, they will receive attentive care. We look forward to meeting you and your pets! We are both always at home during the daytime. Michael works from home. We usually try and go to the gym early in the mornings. 🌳We have a nice sized well manicured back yard that is fenced in. There is also plenty of room in the house for more dog beds or crates if you need to bring those.

About: I love dogs and what they bring to our life! Your pup will hang out with a friendly and energetic 5-year old Golden Retriever, his name is Tango and he is great with other dogs! We have a large fenced in yard and we spend lots of time playing ball and chasing squirrels. I work from home and have plenty of time to take care of your pup. I only host one family at a time to make sure I give plenty of attention. I live in a neighborhood with lots of pet friendly walking areas. I have a large fenced in yard and pups are welcome in all living spaces at the house. They are allowed in beds and couches. If your pup is used to sleep in a crate, please bring it with you! For the safety of Tango and other dogs I do require a copy of vaccine records as well as flea, tick and heartworm preventive all being up-to-date.

About: I've been known to treat animals like my children. I create a special bond with all animals. I believe animals deserve the same care and love as humans do. I love seeing the joy in there eyes when you have given them or helped them accomplish goals. What sets me apart is my abilities to love them as my own. I believe animals are beautiful and compassionate souls who can give more love than they can receive. What also sets me aside from anyone else how attentive I am with each animal. Everyone deserves independent attention and communication. Dogs, cats etc are just like us humans, they just speak a total different language. I love learning more and giving animals love. Love is all they need! The pet care that fits into my work and home life I have a schedule to where I feed and walk them and I’ll be home most of the time. The way I care for pets in my home is that I have cameras in my home and I also watch everything that go's on as well.

About: I had fostered dogs for 3 years for the Miami Dade Shelter. I fed, cared for, walked, groomed, and administered medicine to dogs who were in my care for 2 weeks to a month and a half. For one year, I volunteered at an emergency animal clinic and learned a variety of skills that aid me in providing the best care for cats and dogs. I groomed, administered vaccines, tended to wounds, etc. I have extensive experience in caring for dogs and cats, and love to do so as well. I have owned both for years and never had a moment where I did not enjoy it. I will take care of any animal with attention and love, and commit to any task that is needed. I am a pet owner of two dogs; one doberman and one very mixed dog. I give all my time, love, and attention to caring for not just my dogs but every dog I am caring for. I am home daily and make sure that caring for someone else’s pet is my top priority. I typically follow the rules of the owner whether it be in my home or their home. If your pet is not allowed on the furniture then I will not let them on mine. If your pet goes to the bathroom every 3 hours, then I will make sure to take them outside for a walk every 3 hours. I abide by the owners rules for the most effective consistency with behavior, while not forgetting to have fun and make it as enjoyable as I know I can.

A little background info on me: I've grown up with animals of all kinds, from dogs and cats to horses, rabbits, and peacocks and have loved to care for them. Although my background is with a variety of animals, dogs are my specialty! 🐾💜 I treat each and every pet like they’re my own and make sure they’re well taken care for, whether that means walking, play-time, feeding, enrichment, etc. I'm a current pet owner of two sweet dogs and one purr-fect cat. I’ve volunteered for years at rescues and shelters and have experience needed for any specific breed. I've fostered puppies and senior dogs until I myself became a foster fail (we adopted our foster)! I work a remote schedule so I can be flexible with days/hours if I have enough notice to care for your babies! I do not commit to specific time, but rather a time range. Short notice is possible, but I prefer at least a few days notice in advance :) I offer an approach that matches your pet’s energy. If your pet is playful, we will play. If your pet is shy & nervous, my approach will be more reserved and mindful of their boundaries.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. My last two fur babies were spoiled house dogs who lived wonderful, happy lives of 16 and 17 years. I recently lost both of them, and I miss them terribly. ❤️ I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life full-time, but I still have plenty of love, attention, and puppy cuddles to give! That’s what led me to Rover. 🐶💕 When your pup stays with me, they become part of the family. Unless you approve otherwise, your dog will be the only dog staying in my home, so they’ll get a calm, comfortable environment and lots of one-on-one attention. I retired as a Human Resources Director and currently work part-time from home as a Human Resources Consultant which means I’m around most of the day. Your dog will not be crated all day or left alone for long periods of time. They’ll have plenty of love, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout their stay. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re having a little vacation of their own while you’re away! 🐾 If your fur baby loves being spoiled, getting lots of attention, and being treated like family, my home may be the perfect place for them! ❤️🐕 I currently work from home part-time. Inside small to medium size dogs only. Your pet will not be left in a crate and will be treated like a family member during their entire stay! There are no other pets in my home. They will be taken outside on a leash at all times. They will sit in my chair with me or sleep with me if that’s what they do at their home! We will have their rules……not ours! Our goal is to make them enjoy their stay!
