About: I have nearly 10 years of experience with dogs. For the last 4 years I have been running my own business where I breed health tested and titled AKC Labrador Retrievers. All of my dogs live in my home. They are our “kids” and our entire world revolves around them. Prior to this I managed 2 different boarding/daycare/training facilities, one in Wilmington NC and one in Catawba NC. Due to this experience, I have learned so much about dog behavior, training, proper structure within a household and/or pack of dogs, etc. I take pride in how well behaved my own dogs are as well as how they are able to co-exist with all dogs. My entire life revolves around my dogs and any dogs that stay with us. I am home 24/7 with the occasional hour or two of running errands so you wouldn’t have to worry about your pup(s) being left for hours on end. I always make sure your dog(s) energy/training needs are met - mentally and physically. I also (as long as approved by the you/the owner) am happy to allow play time with our dogs under my supervision! We do require your dog(s) to be up to date on parvo and rabies vaccines or titer testing. We thoroughly clean crates/floors/toys every day to ensure we are keeping a sanitary and sickness free environment.

Michael works from home. We usually try and go to the gym early in the mornings. 🌳We have a nice sized well manicured back yard that is fenced in. About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. My last two fur babies were spoiled house dogs who lived wonderful, happy lives of 16 and 17 years. I recently lost both of them, and I miss them terribly. ❤️ I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life full-time, but I still have plenty of love, attention, and puppy cuddles to give! That’s what led me to Rover. 🐶💕 When your pup stays with me, they become part of the family. Unless you approve otherwise, your dog will be the only dog staying in my home, so they’ll get a calm, comfortable environment and lots of one-on-one attention. I retired as a Human Resources Director and currently work part-time from home as a Human Resources Consultant which means I’m around most of the day. Your dog will not be crated all day or left alone for long periods of time. They’ll have plenty of love, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout their stay. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re having a little vacation of their own while you’re away! 🐾 If your fur baby loves being spoiled, getting lots of attention, and being treated like family, my home may be the perfect place for them! ❤️🐕 I currently work from home part-time. Inside small to medium size dogs only. Your pet will not be left in a crate and will be treated like a family member during their entire stay! There are no other pets in my home. They will be taken outside on a leash at all times. They will sit in my chair with me or sleep with me if that’s what they do at their home! We will have their rules……not ours! Our goal is to make them enjoy their stay!
