About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

I have an extensive care experience with animals of various needs & I deeply enjoy caring for them :) I have had various dogs all of my life, so caring for them is nothing new to me! About: I have nearly 10 years of experience with dogs. For the last 4 years I have been running my own business where I breed health tested and titled AKC Labrador Retrievers. All of my dogs live in my home. They are our “kids” and our entire world revolves around them. Prior to this I managed 2 different boarding/daycare/training facilities, one in Wilmington NC and one in Catawba NC. Due to this experience, I have learned so much about dog behavior, training, proper structure within a household and/or pack of dogs, etc. I take pride in how well behaved my own dogs are as well as how they are able to co-exist with all dogs. My entire life revolves around my dogs and any dogs that stay with us. I am home 24/7 with the occasional hour or two of running errands so you wouldn’t have to worry about your pup(s) being left for hours on end. I always make sure your dog(s) energy/training needs are met - mentally and physically. I also (as long as approved by the you/the owner) am happy to allow play time with our dogs under my supervision! We do require your dog(s) to be up to date on parvo and rabies vaccines or titer testing. We thoroughly clean crates/floors/toys every day to ensure we are keeping a sanitary and sickness free environment.

About: Hey friends, I have loved animals since I was a small child, I have a few of my own and love them as if they’re my children. Your babies are in the right hands, can’t wait to meet yall! I currently have a job that is split shift, so the middle part of my day is wide open and lots of room to walk or take care of the fur babies! I have a large yard and 3 very well trained dogs to keep yours company, I can also crate if needed. Lots of time in the day for walks and free weekends for activities.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life for over 30 years. My last two fur babies were spoiled house dogs who lived wonderful, happy lives of 16 and 17 years. I recently lost both of them, and I miss them terribly. ❤️ I’m not quite ready to bring another dog into my life full-time, but I still have plenty of love, attention, and puppy cuddles to give! That’s what led me to Rover. 🐶💕 When your pup stays with me, they become part of the family. Unless you approve otherwise, your dog will be the only dog staying in my home, so they’ll get a calm, comfortable environment and lots of one-on-one attention. I retired as a Human Resources Director and currently work part-time from home as a Human Resources Consultant which means I’m around most of the day. Your dog will not be crated all day or left alone for long periods of time. They’ll have plenty of love, companionship, potty breaks, playtime, and attention throughout their stay. My goal is for your dog to feel like they’re having a little vacation of their own while you’re away! 🐾 If your fur baby loves being spoiled, getting lots of attention, and being treated like family, my home may be the perfect place for them! ❤️🐕 I currently work from home part-time. Inside small to medium size dogs only. Your pet will not be left in a crate and will be treated like a family member during their entire stay! There are no other pets in my home. They will be taken outside on a leash at all times. They will sit in my chair with me or sleep with me if that’s what they do at their home! We will have their rules……not ours! Our goal is to make them enjoy their stay!

About: I have been working with dogs for 15 years. I started my professional career as a Vet-Tech, then started helping out clients reactive dogs, and now operate a small dog training business. I work remotely so that I can keep a close eye on your dogs. I built 2 luxury dog runs in my garage to provide a calm/safe place for your dogs to relax. As long as everyone gets along they are more than welcome to snuggle with us on the couch. Daily walks, a fenced in yard, and years of dog training experience means your dog is well cared for while you are away. They also leave my home with some new skills or commands.

About: I’ve been a dog lover for as long as I can remember and have been caring for dogs since I was 7 years old! When I lived in Raleigh, I volunteered at the SPCA of Wake County for 7 years, where I walked, fed, played with, and cared for dogs of all kinds. This experience helped me become more knowledgeable about dog care and attentive to each dog’s individual needs. I’m also a proud dog mom to two pups of my own, an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador, who I love more than anything! Over the years, I’ve pet-sat for many families and neighbors, including spending two summers caring for a neighbor’s dog and home while they traveled overseas. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone around to keep them company, I’ll make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and care. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I’ll treat your furry family member like one of my own! I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible! I’m available for morning walks, daytime visits, and pet sitting as needed. About: I've been known to treat animals like my children. I create a special bond with all animals. I believe animals deserve the same care and love as humans do. I love seeing the joy in there eyes when you have given them or helped them accomplish goals. What sets me apart is my abilities to love them as my own. I believe animals are beautiful and compassionate souls who can give more love than they can receive. What also sets me aside from anyone else how attentive I am with each animal. Everyone deserves independent attention and communication. Dogs, cats etc are just like us humans, they just speak a total different language. I love learning more and giving animals love. Love is all they need! The pet care that fits into my work and home life I have a schedule to where I feed and walk them and I’ll be home most of the time. The way I care for pets in my home is that I have cameras in my home and I also watch everything that go's on as well.

You can depend on me to exercise, feed, bathe and even train family pets as well as transport when necessary. We can set up a meet & greet at your convenience! I can accept last minute bookings whether you need short term or long term. I’m happy to help any way you & your pets need! I have a fenced in backyard, security cameras, and friendly neighbors with dogs of their own. Every dog is well behaved, and gets along nicely with my girls.

About: I love dogs and what they bring to our life! Your pup will hang out with a friendly and energetic 5-year old Golden Retriever, his name is Tango and he is great with other dogs! We have a large fenced in yard and we spend lots of time playing ball and chasing squirrels. I work from home and have plenty of time to take care of your pup. I only host one family at a time to make sure I give plenty of attention. I live in a neighborhood with lots of pet friendly walking areas. I have a large fenced in yard and pups are welcome in all living spaces at the house. They are allowed in beds and couches. If your pup is used to sleep in a crate, please bring it with you! For the safety of Tango and other dogs I do require a copy of vaccine records as well as flea, tick and heartworm preventive all being up-to-date.

About: I have had pets since I was 6 years old. My experience ranges from critters with fur to critters with scales. I love them all! I am available anytime to help assist you with your pet care needs! From early mornings to even overnight I can provide your pet with top level care. While I prefer to keep your pet in my home I can also come to yours! I do have a super friendly doodle who loves other animals. He can be crated if needed and if you feel like your pet needs to be crated I can provide that as well. I do ask that your pets are up to date on vaccinations if that applies as my own dog is up to date and also takes a monthly preventative for fleas, ticks, etc.
