All the pets I’ve cared for have come to know me as their Aunt Sunny. Your pets will receive the type of care you want them to receive. I won’t just drop in and go. Time is spent walking, brushing, playing and loving your pets. I’ve trained many dogs and have spent time as a vet tech. I’m semi retired so I have plenty of time to care for your pets. I come when you want me to be there. I’m available 7 days a week morning, noon and night. I care for your pets as you would. About: I have had, rescued, and taken care of a wide variety of dogs from smaller malti-poos to a Dane who had been living on the street, was skin and bones, and ended up 188 lbs. Currently I have Pippa, a 7-year-old Labrador who is allergic to chicken, so I make part of her food. I am home most of the time, except when I host overly-complex board games at the Hickory Library or the Highland Rec Center -- and those sessions are at most 3 hours long. I am home most days, except when I am hosting 3-hour board games at the local library and rec center. Otherwise, I take care of our house and rental properties. I have a large fenced yard -- especially-so since my house sits along North Center Street. I also use carabiners to make sure that gates are locked.

I work 10 minutes away from my home. I have a set time to take my puppy out as he is still going through potty training My apartment is pretty open for the fur babies to room around and I have a small fur baby of my own that can play with! There is a big area of grass around my complex where they can go potty and play and a dog park right up the street.
About: I have taken care of my household dogs for over 20 years now. I joined the military in 2016 as a dog trainer and instantly fell in love with the profession. When I separated from the military in 2022, I continued to board pets as well as train dogs for private companies as well as for my business. This is my full time job, so it is not about how your pet fits into my schedule because my schedule revolves around your pets! I live in a 3 level home where I have one level dedicated to boarding and training. So it’s plenty of space to run around inside, or outside on my 1.3 acre lot. About: I have spent my entire adult life with dogs & love them dearly. My 2 dogs love to play with other dogs as well as each other. I also have an older blind toy poodle who doesn’t play with other animals but is perfectly content staying on my sofa & listening to whatever is going on in the house.
