“Rachel is AMAZING!! This was my first time boarding my pups (one with anxiety) and using Rover. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 11/10 experience! We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle. My babies got all the play, love and attention they are used to (plus a little more) 😊😊 Also, Rachel was very flexible with me for drop-off and pickup as we were going out of town. My heart is so full knowing my babies were so well cared for! Thank you Rachel!!!”

“Jamie is awesome. My Luna is high maintenance and an epileptic- she needs anti-seizure meds twice a day and normally shuts down when I am gone. She immediately took to Jamie as her new pack leader and followed her around during our meet and greet so I knew we were in good hands. Jamie even had her eating every meal while I was gone which is very unusual. We got a ton of pictures and communication was great throughout our vacation and while we missed Luna terribly she was in great hands. We have already rebooked with Jamie for our fall trip back to our home state of Michigan. Thank you Jamie for being such a great substitute mama and pack leader for Luna!❤️.
