“Myra and Rick are the sweetest people ever. Sheba my shepherd mix had stayed at a kennel last year and was so nervous she didnt eat the entire 7 days we were gone. Bella my pomeranian has never stayed with anyone but my brother in law due to health problems and needing to be hand fed due to her health issue. So needless to say both my girls are a little high maintenance. The girls and I met with Myra and Rick before their stay and it was like they had know each other for years. We went over everything about the girls from their quirks to their specials needs. Myra kept me updated on the girls while they were there and sent me pictures. I have no idea how she got my big dog to stay still but she was able to get the most beautiful picture of her to send me. Both girls seemed to really enjoy their stay. I think they are already missing Myra and Rick. We will be seeing them again soon.”
“Karen and Terry are awesome! They took care of my two shih tzus, who are not very socialized with other dogs, and they did awesome with them. I was so much more comfortable and at ease knowing they were with someone all the time, rather than being boarded and alone and separated most of the time. Karen also sent pics and videos the whole time and that was so nice to have. When I picked them up I could tell Opie and Tori had been very well cared for, and they were happy! You can definitely see that they are animal lovers and care for them as their own. “If you have a dog with needs, or just a dog you love, I would highly recommend Rachel and Donald to you! It was such a blessing to go on vacation and not worry about my pet! My dog is old, blind and deaf, so I do worry when I go on vacation. If I am not near, he gets very anxious. And it is hard for him to navigate a new place. But after our meet and greet, my own anxiety began to leave. Rachel and Donald sent more than one daily update with pictures. For once, I was not in a hurry to get back home! When I picked him up, he acted like he would have been fine to stay longer. I could tell they loved on and cared for my dog as well as I do. I will definitely use Rachel and Donald every time I go out of town. Again, if you have a dog with needs, or just a dog you love, I would highly recommend Rachel and Donald to you.”
