My dog is old, blind and deaf, so I do worry when I go on vacation. If I am not near, he gets very anxious. And it is hard for him to navigate a new place. But after our meet and greet, my own anxiety began to leave. Rachel and Donald sent more than one daily update with pictures. For once, I was not in a hurry to get back home! When I picked him up, he acted like he would have been fine to stay longer. I could tell they loved on and cared for my dog as well as I do. About: It has been a dream of mine to be a veterinarian since I was a little girl, so pet sitting has given me more opportunities to take care of animals of kinds. I've pet sat for friends and family and absolutely love it. I've made close connections with the animals I've sat for and love them like my own. I currently work at a vet office and enjoy seeing the new patients every day! I hope to be a very special person in your fur babies lives. I'm currently a full-time online college student and am a full-time worker as a veterinary assistant. If needed, contact me and we can discuss times and dates to work around both schedules. Because I pet sit and house sit, I play with the animals and cuddle them like they are my own. I stay on their feeding schedule and let them out while I'm there as well. I make sure to keep the owners posted while they are away of any emergencies that may occur. Before owners come home, I'll make sure to wash any linens that were used, wash any dishes that are in the sink, and make sure to sweep up anything that needs to be swept up. I'll take the trash out and will clean the toys up as well. About: My mom got me my first dog when I was 10 years old, and it was from then on that I promised to take care of him the best way I knew how. I have experience administering medication (in pill form, liquid, and gel) to both dogs and cats, even when they don’t want to take it. I have also personally trained my dog to sit, lie down, high five, and on accident, I taught him to get up on his hind legs and beg with his front paws. If there is any special care that your animal needs, I would be more than happy to quickly and efficiently learn and adapt to care for your animal the way they deserve. I am currently job searching, so I will be free almost every weekday with exception for surprise obligations that my family often come to me with. I am not available on the weekends, including friday for various extraneous responsibilities. When I first meet an animal, I get down to their level and extend my hand just enough to offer it as an option for them to investigate, but not enough to shove it it their face. I wait until the dog or cat engages with me before I try to pet them on my own to ensure that they feel comfortable and safe. If your animal has separation anxiety, I would be more than happy to comfort them with calming words and gentle hands for pets and snuggles. I will only feed or give your animal a treat if I am told to do so or given the okay beforehand as I do not want to over feed them or give them a treat you have bought without consent.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Fur babies have a special place in my heart and I will take the best of care of any kind of fur baby. I currently have a two golden doodles(<1), an Australian Shepard(2), miniature Aussie(12) and a cat(13) I rescued from the humane society. I currently work 3 days a week and attend college. I have a pretty flexible schedule other than the days I work from 9 to 6:30. I am available on those days before 9 and after 6:30. I live in a home with a fenced in yard and three large dogs. The dogs typically spend the day with us but when we aren’t home we put them outside in a kennel.

I have experience in housecleaning so I regularly entered people’s homes. Rest assured, I’ll leave your house the way I found it (maybe better if I see an animal mess that needs tending to). I’ll treat your home like my own. I have responsibilities Tuesday- Friday from noon- 1:00, however I’m available before or after. Ideally, I am looking for regular clients that consistently need someone to hang out with their fur babies. I would meet you and your fur baby, and get a lay of the land. If you need me to feed them, water them, give treats, I would just need to know where to access them. For cats, if you need me to clean the litter box, I would just need to know where the bags, & scooper are. Also where you’d like the waste disposed.

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I live on a farm with a variety of different animals inside and outside of the home. I am a single mom so my availability is flexible. I have other animals of my own that are here as well that they would have to play with or be secluded whatever they wanted or need. All animals are welcome in the house.
