About: I've had cats since I was a kid; have been a lifeline canine lover, but have been caring for them professionally for the last two and a half years. When engaging with a new client I spend time getting to know the pet with the owner present to understand any special requirements, nuances, or behaviors. Generally flexible with pet care based on the the animal's needs. I usually will take dogs with me on errands or to dog friendly spaces depending on each dog's behavior patterns. Typically I do not plan on spending 24/7 in the house/space with the pet especially if there are behavior issues. I believe respect and communication are critical when entering customer's homes and caring for their pets. If there are any issues with the home or animal; I will generally reach out earlier than later as well as providing regular if not daily updates on the home and pets.
