About: I’ve owned a German Shepherd for 7 years now. She was a rescue and is my best friend in the world. I also own a Golden Retriever (or maybe she owns me) and our days couldn’t be more full of color! ❤️ I’m very familiar with different pet personalities, and am comfortable with pets who may be more timid. I always let the fur baby set the pace… and usually that leads to us being bffs in no time! I currently work from home with a lot of flexibility. With notice, I am happy to hop over to spend time with your fur baby while you are away! I am happy to provide food, water, walks, and pets while you are away. I love to snap lots of photos and provide detailed updates during my drop-in visits. As always, please feel free to reach out anytime with any questions/updates! Due to my having two dogs at home, I would prefer to stay at your location.

About: I love animals of all size and breeds, including yours! I'll be more than happy to take care of your fur babies while you are away from home. They will be well-fed and loved with accommodations being met as needed. I know how to administer medication as needed, so you won't need to worry about your fur baby not receiving anything while you are gone. I am currently working full-time from 6AM till 2:30PM Monday thru Friday. I may be able to compromise for the morning routine, but I can 100% say that I will be available all afternoons and evenings. Weekends are free days for me so I will be available at all hours of the day. I live in small rental with two cats and a medium sized dog so I will be unable to care for pets in my home.

About: I've been around animals my whole life, and love them dearly. I watch out for them like they are my own kids. I'm trustworthy and hard-working. I've lived with cats, hamsters, horses, a Golden Retriever, a Dalmatian (with pups!), and several mixed breed and smaller dogs throughout the years; and am looking forward to calling your little BFF a friend of mine too! I am a 38 year old mother of two. My daughter is 19, and my son is 14. We've lived in Madison for the past 11 years with our 3 cats. I work for Metro Schools, so Rover is a nice side-job especially during the breaks. I'm currently only doing drop-in visits for dogs as I had fleas brought in a couple of times that were passed onto other dogs. I'm sorry that I can't offer that service anymore, but I don't want to go through that again. I am also glad to keep (or do drop-in visits) for cats, rodents, and birds for a lower rate...also drop-ins for livestock, with the rate depending on the job. I will follow your instructions for their feeding and/or care and take the same precautions for their safety as I would take with my own pets.

“Whew, where to begin... First and foremost it should be known that I love my dogs, more than most anything. I mean this quite literally, more than humans too. The (2) dogs of mine that James has cared for have both been German Shepherd Dogs (>95 lbs.), and while they are well-trained, they can still be a handful given their size and personalities. I do not trust many people with these dogs, but I trusted James with them. He cares for them, treats them well and is responsible with them. If I have trusted him with my dogs, you can trust him with yours. I promise you that I am more critical than you are, and James has excelled. He is pawsitively perfect for this role. It's not ruff time when James is on the job. Be confident you can trust him with your dogs as I have with mine.”
