About: I've been a caregiver for all types if animals my entire life. Helping my aunt on her farm, to having personal furry companions at home to care for. As an adult I now have my own dog that get lots of love and training. I often pet sit for family and friends as they know they can have total trust in me to not only take their pets to the bathroom and feed them, but also to walk, play, train, and love them. I am available immediately! Looking forward to getting to know you and your pets needs. Very flexible open schedule! Not the best early bird in the winter, but summer is a different story and I would be willing to get up the same time as the sun (: I have a yard with long runners attached to my porch so my dog has the ability to run and play freely without worry of running too far off. I never leave the dogs unattended. I also provide special needs for the home as well as pets, ( light cleaning) always leaving your home the way I found it OR BETTER.

About: Update June 1, 2026. I have taken a part-time job and right now I can only accept cat drop in requests . Unfortunately I can’t commit to dog walking because of this part-time job unless it’s on the weekend. I am answering as a pet owner. I am hoping to start working as a pet sitter/dog walker soon. As a kid we had birds and hamsters, then graduated to cats when I was about 14. As a young adult I usually had up to 4 cats at the same time. When my kids were in high school, my husband introduced me to dogs by re-homing a dog named Lucy. We still have her. I had never had dogs before but I am so glad I did not say NO to hubby at the time. We have 2 dogs now but no cats. I do miss having cats and hope to again some day. I left my job of 34 years and would love to do something I have been wanting to do for a long time but never got around to. I am happy to care for cats too! At my house we have invisible fence to keep the dogs from leaving the yard, though our younger dog needs to be on a long lead because he is so excitable and cannot always be trusted to stay in the yard. We also have invisible fence inside to keep both dogs out of the kitchen.

I’m close to the MetroParks, so even without a fenced yard there’s plenty of opportunity for long walks and fresh air. About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. I'm available most days for overnight stays (based on availability) and most days for walks and drop-in visits, if they need to be let out or just played with for a while. I now own two small dogs. They are a Cavachon that we got at the age of 8 weeks and a Yorkie mix we adopted when he was 3. The Cavachon’s name is Cooper and in 2025 he turned 4. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. About: Pet’s have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my family fostered stray puppies and I poured my heart into caring for them. I continued that passion by volunteering at shelters through my teens and early adulthood. Today, I'm lucky enough to work in animal care and spend my days doing what I love most-caring for dogs. About: I love dogs, at home I have a very friendly bernadoodle, her name is Muffin, so the furry friends that come to our home will be more than accompanied, they will be able to play and interact together.
