Steffani has went above and beyond - even going to my house to pick him up and bring him to her house when he was having a bad day alone. You can tell right away she is experienced with dogs. I will always use Steffani for my doggy day care/boarding needs because I trust her and Loki loves her and her dogs!”

“We are first time dog owners! We have a Havanese puppy. I heard about DogVacy from a friend. Who knew such a site existed! Needless to say after looking into the site and learning more about it, I was very excited that this could be an option for us to help with our pup! We found Susan and Kenny while doing a near by search and they live five minutes from us. I met with them prior to booking to make sure everything I read about them was good for us. They are AMAZING. The house is set up perfect for the dogs, the love and passion from Sue and Ken is very real as you can feel it and see it in all the dogs that were there. We booked Zee the next week for daytime boarding. I got little messages and videos throughout the day that I shared with all that was with me:) Yep I have become the annoying pet owner now! Zee came home very tired from playing all day. We are hooked and booked Zee for a week when we are on vacation.”

Elandra went above and beyond with Photos of Payton throughout the time she had her with updates any time I asked. Payton was happy to be with Elandra and was excited to go with Elandra every time we brought her. I will for sure be using Elandra every time from here on out. We absolutely loved her!”

“I started Casey off staying in a commercialized doggy day care setting because I thought it would be fun for him to interact with other dogs. However, when I would watch him on camera, I would see him sitting by himself or looking for attention from the staff which he did not get. A friend told me about Rover and I gave it a try. I saw Taya's ad and though Casey would like her and boy was I right! He likes the human connection he has when he goes to spend time with. I noticed that he feels at home with her and is always happy to see her. I dubbed Taya as Casey's second favorite person! We will forever be connected!!”

Both of my dogs love her and she is very good at working with their quirks (one dog is super needy and needs to be cuddled constantly and my other dog is afraid of everything and needs constant vocal reassurance). The house is always exactly how I left it and she has shown she can handle tough situations (our power went out once and one of our smoke detectors wouldn’t stop alarming once) and she responded perfectly. I’ve known Hillary for over two years and if I’ve learned anything, it’s that her one true passion is animals!”
