“Marie took the time to meet with us the day before we dropped our poodle off. She was very polite and took the time to let us get acquainted with herself, her own dogs, and some of the other dogs in her care. She was very receptive to the tips we gave her regarding his normal routine, how our poodle normally behaves in certain novel situations and what actions bring about positive outcomes. Marie clearly has a good understanding of how to monitor a dog's behavior and how it is interacting with the environment and other dogs. We could see that she has established a good set up for pet sitting; and it incorporates safety and pleasure for the dogs. Marie was more than gracious with her time and we were thankful to have a trustworthy person to leave our poodle with while we attended a wedding.”

About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. I'm available most days for overnight stays (based on availability) and most days for walks and drop-in visits, if they need to be let out or just played with for a while. I now own two small dogs. They are a Cavachon that we got at the age of 8 weeks and a Yorkie mix we adopted when he was 3. The Cavachon’s name is Cooper and in 2025 he turned 4. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. Thanks and I hope you’ll consider me for your dog’s care. We are retired and I do dog sitting and walking part-time for extra money. Sometimes my husband comes along too. My schedule is pretty open so I can work with you for what’s best for your pups. I’m open to whatever your pets need-walking, playing, letting out to potty, feeding, cuddling or giving medication. Only the best care for your fur babies.

About: I'm a passionate animal lover with over 34 years of experience caring for pets. I have a furry family of my own, including 3 cuddly cats and a senior Maltese. They've taught me a lot about what pets need to feel happy and healthy! I care about the pets I take care of and treat them as if they're my own. I am comfortable administering medications, including chewable and even insulin. You'll receive regular updates and detailed reports about your pet's stay through Rover cards. I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have before, during, and after! If you choose in-home boarding, a meet-and-greet at my place is a must! This allows your pet to meet my friendly animals and young children beforehand, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. I work full-time in the office, but can easily run home during lunch or breaks to check on your pet(s), go for a quick walk, or let them out for a potty break and some water. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I follow the client's instructions carefully. I make sure to feed the pets their regular food and give them their medication on time. I will do my best to keep your pet on their regular schedule.

I am home almost all of the time and can give them the attention they need.
