“Lorie took great care of our senior dog who has lots of medical needs. She is warm and compassionate and clearly loves all of the doggies as her own. She sent us regular updates and pictures while we were away. We felt like our dog was in better care with Lorie than when we have boarded him at the vet - and he was definitely more comfortable with a home environment. Thank you, Lorie!”

“Beamer just spent 2 weeks here and had the best time playing with all of his friends. The pictures that we saw showed us how much fun he was having and how hard he was playing.”

“We’re really happy with Debra and how she handled everything for our dog while we were out of town. We arranged for a meetup before the stay to ensure this would be a good match. When I dropped off our dog there was an introduction to the other pets in her home so our pup could get acclimated. While we were away we received daily updates with photos and it looked like our pup was having a great time. Thanks for taking good care and we look forward to scheduling with you again!”

“Jason was super helpful with our last minute request to have Blu stay with him. He was very understanding of our situation and we really appreciate him helping us out! Will definitely use Jason in the future!”

“Katlyn did a wonderful job watching my dog. She was quick to respond to messages, sent lots of picture updates and it was evident she truly cares about animals. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Stephanie was great with my boys! They came home clean and happy. She was very accommodating and communicative. I would recommend her and will definitely use her again!”
“Summer took great care of my anxious dog. She was patient and kind, so my girl was able to eventually relax. Summer was very responsive, and sent lots of pictures while I was away. I would hire her again.”

“Wendy was awesome with Grace and showed her lots of love! Grace seemed to enjoy coming back to Wendy's home after our first meeting to play with the other dogs in Wendy's fantastic fenced in yard where Grace could run to her heart's content! Wendy is very knowledgeable about dogs and shared some great training tips. She is very personable and accommodating and sent photos & videos. I highly recommend Wendy! We are going to use her again for a 16 day stay.”

“My dog, Lola, enjoyed Thanksgiving week with Samantha and I’ve already booked the Christmas holiday week for her. That’s high praise for Samantha’s positive style & work ethics. ***** 5 stars!”

“Shayna was incredible at caring for my furbaby. She went above and beyond in her care including always communicating with me through out. I think she is the best on Rover! I was nervous leaving my little one for days without me and in a strangers care, but she clearly made it easier and which gave me the confidence that my doggy would be well cared for! Boy was I right! I will book her again as my Yorkie seemed to love her lots. If you ask me she needs to open her own doggy daycare business!!!! Thank you again Shayna!!! My little one came back so happy and full of joy after being with you!!!”

“Takia was amazing taking care of our dogs. She communicated with us throughout our trip and sent lots of pictures. Our dogs were loved and cared for 100%. We'll definitely be reaching out to her again for our next vacation.”

“Alayna was super kind and responsive. Sent lots of pictures of my pup while I was gone! My dog just ran right into her house when I dropped her off, so I knew it was going to go well. I plan to utilize her services in the future!”

“Patchareya was an excellent sitter for my pup. She communicates regularly and provides a lot of care and affection for small dogs. If you have a small dog I would highly recommend her for your future boarding needs. I know I will!”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Kim!! She was the perfect fit for my 8yr old Mal-Shi, Ella. She took such good care of my anxious little girl, giving her lots of love & comfort, as well as paying attention to the details of her care. She absolutely treated her like the queen that she is.”

About: Hi, I’m Nicole — a lifelong animal lover and self‑proclaimed helicopter dog parent. Caring for dogs isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. My babies are in heaven now so I’ve joined rover as a pet sitter. **I kindly request if you’d like to book me, please have your rover profile filled out and photos uploaded.** I’ve spent the last decade-plus loving and supporting two very different pups with very different needs. My 16‑year‑old baby boy chihuahua Harley taught me everything about caring for a truly high‑maintenance senior dog. From medications and special feeding routines to extra snuggles, slow walks, and getting bossed around. ;) I also shared my life with my 11 year old Labrador-baby girl Lexi- who recently passed away from cancer on 5/19. Navigating that journey with her taught me deep compassion, vigilance, and emotional care. I became an expert in monitoring comfort levels, adjusting daily routines, and making every moment count. These experiences shaped the way I care for every dog who comes into my home: with attentiveness, understanding, and the same level of devotion I have given my own. • I treat your dog the way I treat mine — like family. • I am extremely attentive and present. If your pup needs something, I’m there. • Senior dogs and high‑maintenance fur babies are welcome. I get them. • Dogs are absolutely allowed on furniture — cuddles are encouraged here. • We don’t have a fence, but I’m a safety‑first sitter. I leash dogs for every potty break and stay right with them. • Because I work from home, your dog will rarely be left alone. • My home is calm, cozy, and dog friendly. I call myself a helicopter dog parent because I am very cautious- I am checking the pavement temp before walks, we aren’t walking on lawns that have chemical lawn treatment flags, I have a car hammock and dog seatbelt for rides, if I run an errand the dryer won’t be on, etc. Why I Do This I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone. They’re your heart. Your family. Your little shadow. I’ve been in your shoes many times, I’ve used Rover in the past and my goal is to give you that same peace of mind I always looked for — knowing your pup is safe, loved, and truly understood. On weekdays I go to the gym early in the morning and telework daily in my private office with a comfy dog friendly couch. Sometimes I am home on the weekends and sometimes not so it depends on when you need care. If you’re unsure just message me and I can see if I am free. :) if your dog can join us on the boat or on camping trips I can be more flexible with you. Our non-smoking home is pet friendly and I have a 12 year old daughter who loves animals. I do not have any animals in my home. For potty breaks your pet would be leashed.
“We had a great experience with Chelsea! She was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and took wonderful care of our dog while we were away. We appreciated the updates and could tell our pup was happy and well cared for. It gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was in good hands. We would definitely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“This was the first time we left our young dog for 2 weeks and with Ramona. She was very responsive to my initial inquiry and questions along the way. All the pictures we received made us feel like Buddy was doing fine. When our flight was delayed and we had to add on an extra day at the last minute it was not a problem. Would definately use her again.”

“Kristen was amazing with our Koko. She was always updating us on her day. She liked being there so much that she did not have her usual excitement upon seeing us. I'm so glad we found her and we will definitely be using her when we need to be away. She also got along really well with Kristen's fur babies.”

“Amazing as always! Terrence gets so excited when we pull up to Karma’s house. He has such a great time with her and she really meets his needs and gives him a fun vacation when I’m out of town.”

“I was super nervous about leaving my puppy Simba for the first time. Zachary and his family took great care of him. I love that the backyard is fenced in and the dogs are able to run and play. When I picked my puppy up, he wasvery relaxed and calm and you can tell he had a good time I will definitely book with Zachary and his family for all of my future dog sitting needs.”

“Sharon always takes great care of my cats! They’re afraid of people, but they both warmed up to her quickly. Her updates keep me in the loop on how they’re doing from one day to the next, and the pictures are always great. :)”

“We felt very comfortable with Jane from the time we met her. And so did our 2 cats! She would send us a daily report and pictures of our cats which really made our time away from them easier. We highly recommend Jane to take care of your pets. Sally and Bob”

About: I have a cat named Sofie, she’s a tabby 🐈 I’ve had her since I was in preschool, I am now in my second year of college. My grandma had two cats, unfortunately they had passed a couple years ago one was a tabby named Piewacket and the other was a Maine Coon name Inky (Inkypen). I absolutely love cats, and completely open to watching cats!

“Katie was attentive to our two fur babies! She is our first official pet sitter and we are very pleased! We asked for small extras like getting the mail and watering a couple flower baskets during our vacation…she did that and more! She watered all plants during a heat spell and even brought back our garbage bins! Our normally shy kitty always came over to greet Katie upon her arrival. That made us feel very good! We are appreciative of Katie taking care of our two cats!”

“Lorene did a great job taking care of my cat. She was very kind and patient, and took the time to play with my cat and help her slowly get familiar and comfortable with her. I really appreciate her care!”

“I highly recommend Christa with watching and taking care of your pets. Both her and her husband did a wonderful job taking care of our two cats when we were out of the country for a month. She went way above and beyond of what was expected! We thank her so much for looking after our fur babies!”

“Marcus does a wonderful job with our 3 kitties! They warm up to him faster than most other people they meet. He is quick to respond and took great care of our kitties, including one with diabetes. I will use Marcus for all my pet sitting needs!”

“Georgia took great care of our Archie! He really likes her and looks forward to her visits which makes it so much easier to be away. Thanks for looking after him while we were away. 😊”

“Halie is an exceptional person and sitter!! We are so appreciative of her kindness to our 4 rescue cats. They all loved her and that’s saying a lot as one of our babies is super duper skittish. Cat moms and dads- totally book with Halie! So grateful for her and so happy to have the peace of mind that comes with complete trust of your fur babies when you go out of town!! 10/10!! Thank you so much Halie!!!!”

“Lauren took great care of our two kitties while we were out of town! She is reliable and very easy to communicate with, and clearly an animal lover. We’d love for her to take care of them again in the future!”

About: I’ve had experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and animals have always been a huge part of my life. At home, I currently have a pitbull mix and a weiner dog, so I’m very comfortable handling different energy levels, temperaments, and routines. I also have experience caring for cats and other family dogs over the years. I regularly dog sat a Vizsla named Henry, which gave me experience with high-energy breeds that need lots of attention, exercise, and affection. In addition to pet care, I currently work as a nanny for a family with a French Bulldog and a Bernedoodle, so I’m around dogs every day and absolutely love spending time with them. I’m patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely love making animals feel safe, happy, and cared for while their owners are away. Pet care is something that’s naturally built into my everyday life and routine. My dogs are a huge part of my day, whether it’s waking up and letting them out first thing in the morning, feeding them, taking them on walks, playing with them, or just spending time with them throughout the day. I’m very used to giving animals constant attention, comfort, and structure because that’s just how I’ve always cared for my own pets. Having both a pitbull mix and a weiner dog has taught me how different every dog’s personality and needs can be. One may want to cuddle while the other wants to play or go outside, so I’m very attentive to their behavior and routines. I also work as a nanny for a family with a French Bulldog and Bernedoodle, so caring for dogs is something that continues throughout my day even while I’m working. I honestly love being around animals and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. Spending time with dogs doesn’t feel like a chore to me at all — it’s something I genuinely enjoy and naturally prioritize in my daily life. When caring for pets in an owner’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so their pets feel comfortable, safe, and less stressed while they’re away. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water at all times, get plenty of potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I also pay close attention to their behavior and body language so I can make sure they’re happy and doing well. I understand how important it is for owners to trust the person staying in their home with their pets, so I’m very respectful, dependable, and clean. I make sure the home stays tidy, follow any instructions carefully, and keep owners updated with messages and pictures so they know their pets are being well cared for. I genuinely enjoy bonding with animals and making them feel loved and comfortable while their family is away.

“This was my first time using Rover & what an amazing experience Katie provided! She’s incredible communicative, sent us cute pictures of our cats at each drop in, and was overall just a very kind & reliable person to work with. Absolutely would recommend Katie and I know we’ll be reaching out to her again in the future to come hang with our cats :)”

About: growing up with a family dog, i’ve always looked forward to our long walks. since i've moved to care for my grandma & i can’t have a pet at my current home, i’m looking to be the dedicated adventure buddy your pup deserves! i’m an avid walker who cleans up after your pet & loves exploring local parks and trails, and i’m just as comfortable handling a brisk, high-energy trek as i am a slow, 'sniff-heavy' stroll for seniors or four legged friends who love getting distracted! HOT WEATHER: for dog-friendly clients, i am able to provide outings to low stress trips to uncrowded, pet-friendly stores/facilities for stimulation and enrichment (including a potty break outside before and after, of course!) i am also happy to walk earlier/later in the day to avoid the heat as well! i also enjoy keeping pets company in home, whether its playing with toys, using lick mats, or just spending some time together! because i work evening and overnight shifts, i have guaranteed availability every morning and midday for your dog’s routine. whether you need a recurring daily walker or a same-day visit because you’re running late, i'm local and ready to jump in! my current job is closing in a few months, so i’ll be even more available for your schedule soon :) in public, i use a short-leash grip, stay hyper-aware of our surroundings without distractions like phones/technology of any kind (aside from photos, of course!), and avoid unknown dogs to keep your pup protected. i pride myself on being a trustworthy, punctual communicator, providing frequent photo updates so you’re always in the loop. i am very confident in my ability to kennel/leash pets & i consider myself well-versed in administering medication. i am keen when reading animal stress signals, ensuring your pet feels safe and understood under my care! as of early may, i am taking dog training certification courses to better my understanding and confidence in dog training :)

About: Nice to meet you! I've personally had dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. I currently have 3 dogs who I love to the moon. I am my family and friends go to when/if they need someone to take care of their animals-whether it be dropping in for potty breaks and/or walks during busy days or dog sitting when on vacations, I know what it takes to love and care for my own animals and can provide the same care for your own pup. Let me help take the stress out of finding reliable care! I have experience with all ages and am comfortable with learning and catering to your cat's specific needs and routines.
“We were well pleased with Brianna's care of our cats. We have multiple cats that required a variety of things, so it was not just a simple task to accomplish. All was neat & clean, & she also took care of additional items for us. The pictures sent showed her affection for animals. We would readily use her again!”
About: My whole life i’ve loved animals. I even wanted to work with them full time. Throughout growing up I have gotten experience with many different animals such as dogs, cats, turtles, and even lizards. I would always be thrilled when I was asked to take care of my family and friends dogs or cats. That being said, when I heard about this app I was super excited! I’d love to keep your pet entertained while you go do your thing! I do work somedays, but I have short hours and flexible schedules. I am willing and able to take care before and after my shift! I have plenty of time for playing and cuddles. I would love to play and walk your dog! I can also accommodate them in any form they need. If you would rather me crate them I can do that too! I have pets of my own. Though if your animal isn’t a fan of other animals, I can easily take mine to my brothers house for the day to accommodate your dog or cats.

Perfect for high energy dogs - Macedonia
“Communicated very well with us, our dog has some special needs and requires medication and Susan was very accommodating with that. Our pup is a little timid and enjoys cuddling and she and her husband both made sure our pup was comfortable.”

About: I offer a premium pet sitting/walking experience because of my hands on experience in many different dog environments. I have trained service dogs through 4 Paws for Ability, worked in a busy dog daycare, volunteered in shelters, and competed in agility. These experiences help me understand behavior, manage different energy levels, and support dogs with unique needs. I am dependable, organized, and attentive to every detail of your dog’s routine. I also make communication a priority and provide frequent updates, photos, and notes so you always feel connected to your dog while you are away. If you choose to trust me with your dog, you can have complete peace of mind knowing they are in capable and caring hands. I work remotely so I am able to offer drop in and dog walking services weekdays before 8:45 AM, during my lunch break most days, and after 4:30 PM. I also have availability most weekends. For select dogs, I may consider overnight or weekday daycare in my own home on a case-by-case basis, dependent on my own dogs getting along with yours and the behavior of your dog(s) - must be house trained and non-destructive. I would only take dog(s) from ONE client in home at a time (in addition to my own two dogs). Please reach out to discuss this further. The safety and health of your pets is my number one priority. From shifting to indoor activities on days when the temperature is dangerously hot to double checking that the harness/collar is fitted properly before going outside, I do everything in my power to keep your dogs happy and healthy. Additionally, positive reinforcement is the foundation of how I train and interact with animals. I use it with my own dogs and with the service dogs I’ve helped train, and I’m happy to continue that approach with your pets. This means no yelling, “punishing”, or other harsh corrective methods will be used.
“Bean loved her time here and I loved getting pictures/videos/updates! We booked again immediately. ☺️ It was all good vibes from beginning to end and Bean slept sooooooo well when she got home. Thanks and see you again soon!”

I work at night time so usually when I get up in the day, I have the most energy and that’s when I’m totally available for the time and attention for the love of dogs. “Alamelu and her family are absolutely wonderful! They took excellent care of my dog, Pepper, for the day. She sent me pictures and updates, took him for walks, and made sure that he was comfortable in their home. Pepper came home very happy and tired out :) This was my first time using Rover and it was a great experience. I truly cannot recommend Alamelu enough! When we are away, I will definitely have Alamelu take care of Pepper.”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I grew up with a German Shephard then my family got a small maltise/bishon when I was a teenager. My family currently has a 5 year old German Shephard (Jax) and a 6 year old cat (Scout). I have two teenagers that also share the same love for animals. Jax is very friendly and gets along with other dogs but he is big. I am available for dog walking, check ins or boarding. Please reach out if you have any questions. I will treat your pet like they are my own! I currently work from home Mon-Fri and am available to take short walks throughout the day or go out for potty breaks as needed. I don’t have a fence at this time but we are getting one this summer. I will take your pet out on a leash until then.
“Marie took the time to meet with us the day before we dropped our poodle off. She was very polite and took the time to let us get acquainted with herself, her own dogs, and some of the other dogs in her care. She was very receptive to the tips we gave her regarding his normal routine, how our poodle normally behaves in certain novel situations and what actions bring about positive outcomes. Marie clearly has a good understanding of how to monitor a dog's behavior and how it is interacting with the environment and other dogs. We could see that she has established a good set up for pet sitting; and it incorporates safety and pleasure for the dogs. Marie was more than gracious with her time and we were thankful to have a trustworthy person to leave our poodle with while we attended a wedding.”

I work once a week and school once a week as well. That is the only time I have a second room and a porch to separate the pets. I have a gate at my dog as well. I have lots of supplies
“Excellent service. Zach and his daughter were great with my dog Rex! Great setup with a tall fence and Rex loved playing with their dogs. This was a same day booking and they were able to accommodate us last minute and also the following day. I had only left my dog one day at a kennel his whole life so was nervous and within minutes knew I had made the correct choice with Zach and his home!”

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog owner for more than five years and understand how important it is to leave your dog with someone you trust. My home has a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and I’m home most of the time, which means your dog will receive plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. What sets me apart is the home environment I provide. I have a friendly, well-socialized host dog who loves meeting and playing with other dogs, helping visiting pups feel comfortable and included. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and needs, whether they enjoy active play, social interaction, or a quieter environment. My goal is to make every dog feel happy, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Being a school teacher has strengthened my patience, attentiveness, and ability to create a safe, positive environment—qualities that I bring to caring for every dog as if they were my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a virtual teacher, I work from home, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. Dogs in my care enjoy regular outdoor time in my fenced yard, playtime with my friendly host dog, and plenty of opportunities to relax indoors. Because I’m home during the day, I’m able to closely monitor each dog’s needs and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and included. “Melanie took absolutely wonderful care of my puppy! I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She clearly has a lot of experiences caring for animals and treated my puppy with the utmost care and respect. I really can’t say enough good things, and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for care for their animal. I will definitely book Melanie again!!”

About: Update June 1, 2026. I have taken a part-time job and right now I can only accept cat drop in requests . Unfortunately I can’t commit to dog walking because of this part-time job unless it’s on the weekend. I am answering as a pet owner. I am hoping to start working as a pet sitter/dog walker soon. As a kid we had birds and hamsters, then graduated to cats when I was about 14. As a young adult I usually had up to 4 cats at the same time. When my kids were in high school, my husband introduced me to dogs by re-homing a dog named Lucy. We still have her. I had never had dogs before but I am so glad I did not say NO to hubby at the time. We have 2 dogs now but no cats. I do miss having cats and hope to again some day. I left my job of 34 years and would love to do something I have been wanting to do for a long time but never got around to. I am happy to care for cats too! At my house we have invisible fence to keep the dogs from leaving the yard, though our younger dog needs to be on a long lead because he is so excitable and cannot always be trusted to stay in the yard. We also have invisible fence inside to keep both dogs out of the kitchen.

About: I've been a caregiver for all types if animals my entire life. Helping my aunt on her farm, to having personal furry companions at home to care for. As an adult I now have my own dog that get lots of love and training. I often pet sit for family and friends as they know they can have total trust in me to not only take their pets to the bathroom and feed them, but also to walk, play, train, and love them. I am available immediately! Looking forward to getting to know you and your pets needs. Very flexible open schedule! Not the best early bird in the winter, but summer is a different story and I would be willing to get up the same time as the sun (: I have a yard with long runners attached to my porch so my dog has the ability to run and play freely without worry of running too far off. I never leave the dogs unattended. I also provide special needs for the home as well as pets, ( light cleaning) always leaving your home the way I found it OR BETTER.
“Katie was incredible, as always. Great communication, great with my dog… super reliable. I never have to worry about things when she is scheduled to come over. Highly recommend Katie!”

About: Patient with dogs, especially puppies, because I recently went through the puppy training stage with my dog. This level of patience also comes in handy for senior dogs. I have flexibility in my current schedule; therefore, I'd like to make the most of helping fellow dog owners. I've learned first hand that sometimes it takes a village. From my perspective, the golden rule (treat others how you'd want to be treated) is standard for both people & pets. My goal is to treat your dog as I would my own.

About: I’ve always grown up around animals, from being raised on a farm surrounded by cows to caring for pets of my own. I’m currently the proud owner of two sweet Shih Tzu mixes, Memo and Santi, along with a dwarf bunny named Melody. I also have experience caring for reptiles and amphibians, and I’m completely comfortable handling feeding routines , even the bugs! I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I’ll always care for your animals with the same love, attention, and patience that I give my own. Here’s a cleaned-up, more professional version of your routine bio: I am a recent college graduate currently with a flexible schedule while I transition into my career as an industrial designer. During my time as a full-time student, I developed strong time management and responsibility skills, and I am now using this period to focus on gaining experience and building my professional path. Because I am currently in the job search process, I have open availability and am able to accommodate a variety of scheduling needs, including weekdays and weekends. For my two little dogs, Santi and Memo, they spend a lot of time cuddling with me. Memo is very curious and will literally follow me everywhere I go, while Santi loves coming along with me for car rides. They both have a lot of fun playing outside, and during potty breaks they like to wander and play around the yard. I will admit my dogs are pretty spoiled ,Santi especially loves when I buy her cute dresses and she gets so excited for a good game of dress-up. My little bunny, Melody, is on what I like to call a “rainbow diet,” meaning she gets a variety of nutritious vegetables. She also really enjoys car rides and loves when I give her a small banana treat. I keep a very consistent and timely routine when it comes to her cage maintenance to make sure she stays clean, comfortable, and happy.
About: I grew up with dogs and adopted my own, Max, 3 years ago. I absolutely love the companionship and being able to take him with me on adventures! I also enjoy getting out almost every day for walks and it’s definitely made better with a furry friend! I’m currently available most dates and times to assist with pet care needs. I am available weekends and throughout the week and would be happy to connect about options. I am very trustworthy and will be happy to follow any particular requirements for your pets needs and will always make sure their safety is top priority.
About: Hi, I'm Taylor! I've been around animals my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all kinds, including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and horses. I helped train my family dog and taught him a bunch of tricks, which was honestly just as fun for me as it was for him. I know every dog has their own personality, routines, and quirks, and I love getting to know them all. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, belly rubs, or just having someone to hangout with, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. I'm dependable, patient, and will always make sure your dog gets plenty of attention, care, and love while they're with me! I am currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play your dog! I do bartend, so there are a few nights a week I work from 6-11:30pm. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I know pets are most comfortable in their own environment, so I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, walks, fresh water, meals on schedule, and, of course, lots of love. I am very respectful of my client's home and will make sure everything stays clean, safe, and exactly how you left it. I pay close attention to instructions, routines, and any special needs so you feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands while you're away.
About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs of all sizes and personalities, and there has always been a dog in my household. I currently have a Weimaraner at home and a cat with me at college. Over the years, I’ve helped family, friends, and Rover clients care for, walk, and feed both dogs and cats. I’ve also attended dog training sessions with my former chocolate lab, so I’m familiar with various training techniques. I’m comfortable walking larger dogs, having done so for friends, family, and Rover clients. With my own very active dog, I thrive with puppies and love staying active outdoors! I am currently a sophomore in college and am looking to find clients to help fill my flexible schedule this summer! I will be home from late April to mid August. I follow routines such as crate training or only staying on a certain story of a house. I always follow the feeding schedule that is provided and only allow clients animals to eat food/treats that are listed by clients.
About: Hi! I’ve been a dog lover my whole life and have rescued many dogs over the years. I also grew up with dogs during my childhood. The last six we’ve owned have been rescues. I'm looking for part-time work doing some type of care for other's dogs, whether it be caring for them in their own home while the family is on vacation or letting them out during the day while the owner works. I'm available most days for overnight stays (based on availability) and most days for walks and drop-in visits, if they need to be let out or just played with for a while. I now own two small dogs. They are a Cavachon that we got at the age of 8 weeks and a Yorkie mix we adopted when he was 3. The Cavachon’s name is Cooper and in 2025 he turned 4. He was a breeder surrender because he wasn’t “perfect,” meaning he was born without his right front paw. He gets around fine and loves other dogs and people. The second little guy is Boomer, a Yorkie mix who is 4 now. They are both dog and people friendly. I'm hoping to share my love for dogs with others who need help caring for theirs. I’m very allergic to cats so I can’t help with them. Small dogs only. I have experience giving medications and also giving insulin shots, because one of my dogs was diabetic. Thanks and I hope you’ll consider me for your dog’s care. We are retired and I do dog sitting and walking part-time for extra money. Sometimes my husband comes along too. My schedule is pretty open so I can work with you for what’s best for your pups. I’m open to whatever your pets need-walking, playing, letting out to potty, feeding, cuddling or giving medication. Only the best care for your fur babies.
About: Pet’s have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, my family fostered stray puppies and I poured my heart into caring for them. I continued that passion by volunteering at shelters through my teens and early adulthood. Today, I'm lucky enough to work in animal care and spend my days doing what I love most-caring for dogs. I am currently working part-time and actively volunteer at the local animal shelter. I have a strong passion for caring for the special family members we refer to as pets. I have a strong compassion for animals and believe they deserve to be treated as cherished members of the family. I am dedicated to providing affectionate care and go above and beyond to ensure their well-being.
About: I love dogs, at home I have a very friendly bernadoodle, her name is Muffin, so the furry friends that come to our home will be more than accompanied, they will be able to play and interact together. I can take them for walks frequently, which is one of my favorite activities at home, be attentive to their food and water, medical treatments, medicines if necessary as well. I have a large fenced in backyard where pets can explore and take runs without being exposed to any type of danger from the outside. Pets will be more than welcome and I will make them feel at home at all times! Now that I spend all day at home, I can take care of pets full-time, take them for walks, etc. I consider pets my best friends and I really enjoy their company. I have good experience taking care of pets and special medical care as well. I have a large backyard, parks near of my house, so pets can enjoy a good walks. I could also visit the pet owner's homes too.

“Alayna was super kind and responsive. Sent lots of pictures of my pup while I was gone! My dog just ran right into her house when I dropped her off, so I knew it was going to go well. I plan to utilize her services in the future!”

“We had a great experience with Karin! It was our first time boarding our dog, so we were nervous, but Karin sent lots of pictures and updates. Would very happily rebook!!”

“Angela was an absolutely fantastic sitter for our dog! From the moment we met her, we could tell she genuinely cares about animals. She was attentive, responsible, and kept us updated with daily photos and messages, which gave us much peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy and well cared for when we returned. Angela followed all of our instructions perfectly, including feeding instructions and walks. We will definitely be booking her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter!”

“Jess took exceptional care of our older Bernese Mtn dog, Gracie. Just as her background on Rover indicates, Jess is well-versed in special care with administering meds and handling our dog who has some issues with weakness. Her care goes beyond those two qualities! Our dog loved her stay there as to how great she looked when we picked her up! Jess gave us a daily photo update and stayed connected with us about an issue Gracie had, which was quickly resolved. Wonderful peace of mind. We can't say enough great things about Jess. She is the best!”

“I was very comfortable with leaving Mellow with Angi. She sent me pictures and kept me up to date on how he was adjusting to new surroundings. I definitely recommend her services.”

“Omar had another wonderful stay with Swetha and her family! They take such great care of him and truly treat him like their own. We are so happy to have Omar stay with them.”

“Chrissy was the first person we ever used for our Silly Willy on Rover and she did not disappoint whatsoever. She constantly reassured us how good he was doing with other dogs, told us how happy he was (and supported that with lovely photos), and even gave him his heartworm and tick meds at the start of the month. Chrissy made us feel comfortable leaving our boy with someone and we will definitely use her services again in the future!”

“Millie stayed with Michael and Regina for a week. They were kind enough to do a meet and greet first. We really appreciated all the updates with pictures throughout each day. Their house looked clean and Millie looked comfortable and well-taken care of! Our trip got extended to an extra day due to a delayed flight, and Michael and Regina were accommodating. We highly recommend their services!”
