About: I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals. I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between. I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.

I currently have a sweet 1 year old Pyrenees mix (my first as primary owner!) who LOVES other dogs and will keep your pet well entertained. I am also nearby many parks for some stimulating walks and/or off-leash time as desired. I have a deep love of pets of all kinds, and can’t wait to meet yours! I currently am between jobs, have flexible weekends, and lead an active lifestyle so can give your pet as much attention as they want and need suited to their energy level!:) I live in a house with a private yard, nearby dog park, and many other green spaces nearby! I also can do pick-ups on a case by case basis. I have a 1 year old puppy that gets along well with any pup she meets, and she can’t wait to meet yours! Unfortunately, I am unable to watch cats in my home at this time. For house sitting requests, my pup is a required +1.

After struggling to find someone for daycare with just a few days notice, Janelle responded quickly and was available immediately for a meet and greet followed by a long day with Piper. Additionally, Piper had a fantastic time and seemed to quickly warm up to Janelle despite struggling with separation anxiety, which was something we were initially worried about. Both Janelle’s enthusiasm for helping us out and her excitement for taking care of Piper made the experience fantastic; not just for our dog, but for us as well!
