I’ve been dog walking and pet sitting for over eight years, and caring for animals is truly a passion of mine! I’m attentive, responsible, patient, and committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re away from home. I live in a spacious apartment with plenty of room for your pup to relax and play, and I work remotely, which allows me to be home throughout the day and provide plenty of walks, attention, and companionship during their stay. I’m also very respectful of your pet’s routine. I have experience caring for senior and anxious pups and understand that every dog has their own personality, needs, and comfort level. My goal is always to keep your pet happy, healthy, active, and as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I love meeting new dogs and getting to know what makes each one special! 🐾🐶

Very responsive, flexible, and watched our dog Piper on a last minute request. After struggling to find someone for daycare with just a few days notice, Janelle responded quickly and was available immediately for a meet and greet followed by a long day with Piper. Additionally, Piper had a fantastic time and seemed to quickly warm up to Janelle despite struggling with separation anxiety, which was something we were initially worried about. Both Janelle’s enthusiasm for helping us out and her excitement for taking care of Piper made the experience fantastic; not just for our dog, but for us as well!
Janelle was wonderful with Whiskey! She accommodated him on short notice, was very kind, and made me feel comfortable leaving him in her care. I could tell she treated him with lots of love and attention. I’m so grateful for her flexibility and would definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Janelle as a dog sitter enough! She took excellent care of my 11 month old puppy and made her feel right at home. I received regular updates and photos which gave me peace of mind while at work. She allowed flexibility with pick up which was incredibly helpful with my job. She goes above and beyond!

Janelle was awesome with my new puppy! My puppy generally has bad separation anxiety when not with her humans but when I picked her up she seemed totally calm, at ease, and happy. I highly recommend Janelle!
We recently moved into the area and we were lucky to find Janelle. My pup, wonton, is really shy, anxious, and has bad separation anxiety, but Janelle has done an amazing job at making her comfortable. I love how flexible and accommodating Janelle is with our schedules and any changes to drop off or pick up times. Her apartment is clean and tidy, with plenty of room for wonton to wander around. Wonton receives plenty of love, attention, walks, and playtime with Janelle. We will definitely have Janelle as our go-to doggy sitter.

Schedule
I prefer to watch one dog at a time so that I can give your pup my full attention and provide individualized care. Since I work from home, I’m able to be with your pet throughout most of the day, with plenty of opportunities for walks, playtime, attention, and companionship. I’m also able to maintain your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, so they feel comfortable while you’re away.

I work fully remote from home, so I’m able to provide your dog with plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. I’m available for regular walks, potty breaks, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I keep my home clean, comfortable, and safe, and I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs and routine to help them feel relaxed and at home during their stay.
A typical day
A typical day depends on what your pup enjoys most! I love taking dogs on long walks, exploring the neighborhood, visiting nearby parks, and getting in some playtime and exercise. For dogs who prefer a slower pace, I’m just as happy to spend the day relaxing, lounging, and snuggling. I live in a very dog-friendly area with plenty of parks and places to explore, so there are lots of opportunities for fresh air, exercise, and fun. Most importantly, I’ll follow your dog’s routine and personality - whether they’re an adventure buddy or professional couch cuddler!
