I’ve taken care of lots of different kinds of animals since I was a teenager. I worked at a zoo in England for a summer when I was a bit younger and from then, I grew a genuine passion for animals.

Marlowe had another wonderful adventure with Jake! It’s such a relief to have a reliable pup sitter with all the scary things you hear about on the news and social media! Jake is truly a star sitter (trust me: I’ve had another star sitter who shouldn’t have had that status)! It was a torrential downpour and Jake helped facilitate the safe transfer of Marlowe and his items to the car! Super grateful- definitely don’t hesitate to book!
Marlowe had a good time with Jake! We weren’t able to initially meet for our meet and greet, but surely made up for it during drop off! Jake was attentive to my overview of my care plan for Marlowe and had a fresh bowl of water ready to go for Marlowe upon arrival. He shared with me the space that Marlowe would be using which made me feel comfortable knowing my pup son would be well taken care of, he reviewed Marlowe’s profile, which is very important so he was aware of Marlowe’s needs before the boarding stay! Jake kept me informed, updated, and provided photos - which always allows me to breathe a sigh of relief knowing Marlowe is happy! Jake even shared when something accidentally broke and offered to rectify it himself- which shows character and integrity - two things that are a must for me when deciding the best place and the best Rover to entrust with my Marlowe! It’s safe to say I’d recommend Jake and that Marlowe will be a returning pal!
Jake took great care of my 13 year old dog Ollie for 3days/nights in his place! Ollie needs meds 3 times per day which was no problem for Jake. He took him on long walks which Ollie loves. He’s very sweet and accommodating and I’ll definitely use him again. I knew Ollie was in good hands!
Jake did an excellent job dog sitting for us. He was reliable, attentive, and clearly cared about Archie. We would definitely have him again and also recommend Jake to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.

Schedule
I am currently working from home, so I will be able to provide lots of attention to your dog. I also walk routinely in the morning, evening, and anytime in between.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have any pets that live with me so it will just be myself and your dog. I will usually only have 1 dog at a time unless the dogs already know each other or live together.
A typical day
Typically I like to take dogs to some of the parks around me or on walks around the city so they get all the exercise they need. I can also take dogs to dog parks but I only do so with explicit permission from the owner.
