“Wow! What an exceptional experience. Melanie was so lovely and attentive. Our large breed dog Jerome had major surgery so we reserved Melanie months in advance for Thanksgiving travel. She was super accommodating, visited Jerome prior to the reservation and invited us to visit her home to assure us he’d be in a secure space as he continued his healing. She regularly sent adorable photos of Jerome to show us he was content. Melanie is a GREAT caregiver, not just a dog sitter. She’ll always be our first choice in the future.”

She gave me updates on my dogs throughout the time and also pictures which I really appreciated. The biggest thing for me is how comfortable Beanz is with him. When I drop him off, Beanz is basically like, “Bye-bye, Mommy! See you later!” 😂 He doesn’t even look back! As a dog mom, that tells me everything I need to know. I can clearly see that Beanz feels safe, comfortable, and loved, and I truly feel like Jordy treats him as if he were his own. Jordy is always responsive, dependable, and easy to communicate with. He’s also conveniently located close to us, which makes everything even better. This was the first time my pup had stayed with anyone new outside of my own family, so I was a little nervous about him being anxious. We did a meet-and-greet the week before, and Heather (and her very sweet family) made me feel completely comfortable and confident. During the stay, I received many fantastic, detailed updates and photos of Auggie’s long weekend of fun. Heather has great, well fenced yard that Auggie enjoyed many zoomies in - even on the day it rained. Auggie can be challenging to walk in public due to some dog reactivity, but Heather took great care to follow the tips I passed along when I dropped him off and I felt totally at ease. 100/10 would (and absolutely will) be returning again!”
