She was super accommodating, visited Jerome prior to the reservation and invited us to visit her home to assure us he’d be in a secure space as he continued his healing. Jestine was a life safer for accepting my last minute booking! Diana was wonderful. She accepted the littles last minute when my vet tech referred her for senior care after a medical boarding when my work trip was unexpectedly extended. She provided a calm stable environment for my senior blind/deaf Yorkie and administered his medication effectively. Her photos showed both dogs happy and cared for and my Maltipoo probably would have preferred to stay with Diana when I picked them up! I highly recommend her, especially if your dog has special needs as she is caring and compassionate.
This was Milo’s second stay with Jullien, and he once again provided excellent care for him. Jullien kept us updated every day and sent us pics of Milo’s adventures, and he was once again very accommodating when our flight was delayed. We are so happy that we found Jullien. It’s so reassuring to know that your pet will be comfortable and happy while you’re away. +++++++++
