My Lola never had someone take care of her before so I was a bit nervous but Lola was living the life while I was on vacation. The video updates he would send really showed my happy and socialized my dogs were when he takes care of them. This is my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous, but Nicolette led me through every step of the way and made me and my dog feel super comfortable ? My dog stayed with her for a whole weekend while I was out of town. Before the stay, she answered all of my questions during our meet and greet and over messages. She’s very calm and kind, and my dog immediately felt safe with her. During the stay, my dog was a little anxious at first, but she communicated this to me and we found ways to make my pup comfortable. She sends pictures & updates throughout the day. I would trust her with my puppy anytime!”
